We had a long and difficult house sale process. Two buyers fell through but not because of Just Property. Ashley and team were always helpful, pro-active and communicative when trying to progress our sale. Without their help, I don't know where we'd be. They fielded many questions, chased the chain for responses and communicated well with us. Would strongly recommend Just Property - thanks everyone there for all your help.

TrustpilotJust the best!
Great support from Kyle and his team throughout the whole long-drawn out process. Delays nothing to do with Just, Kyle was excellent at proactively helping with negotiations and keeping us informed at every step through to final exchange on our move from Clive Vale to the Old Town. Would thoroughly recommend Just, and Kyle in particular, for your sale and/or purchase. Friendly and professional - would definitely use them again although hopefully no need in the near future!!

Ben was brilliant supporting our purchase. Very communicative with both us and our agent. Couldn’t recommend more!

TrustpilotOllie was brilliant.
Ollie, the Bexhill Branch Manager, showed me around 2 properties. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable. While neither of those ended up being right for me for various reasons, I will definitely continue working with Just Property to find my ideal home in Hastings.

I had established a good business relationship with Ashley Hodd of Just Property in the past and he was instrumental in making the deal work for my purchase this time and worked very hard to bring it to fruition. Highly recommend!

TrustpilotBen Howell went above and beyond to sell my property…
Ben Howell went above and beyond to sell my property. Despite a buyer backing out at the last minute, Ben maintained his confidence that the property would be sold. He looked after the property which was vacant and would always step in to help organize property maintenance tasks. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking for an excellent estate agent to sell their property.

TrustpilotThank You Just Property
Our situation is a bit unique in that I was selling a property on behalf of my late mother and this involved probate being granted. Despite the incredibly tough state of the housing market Just Property managed to find us a first time buyer. Despite the long period between the offer being accepted and completion of the sale all the staff at Just Property have been most helpful and understanding. They have been very supportive and kept everybody in the loop and informed and aware of things.I can't praise them enough for their help during what has been a very difficult time for me personally both emotionally and professionally.Thank you.

All the team at Just Property have been amazing. From starting the process of viewings, Ollie has always been helpful and kept in touch. The selling process was amazing too with Ashley taking up the reins to glide us through the signing contracts. Colin is now helping us with advice on what the next steps are for moving day. Highly recommend Just Property.

TrustpilotA real pleasure to deal with!
Throughout our selling process, the staff at Just Property from Ollie to Ashley were always very responsive, polite, friendly and professional, and were a real pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

TrustpilotOutstanding service
The staff were very helpful from the moment I stepped into their office. I made an offer on a property and they worked extremely hard to make it happen. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and although they were professional, the person I dealt with had a lovely, caring, sympathetic manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

TrustpilotJust Property customer experience
We instructed Just Property for the sale and marketing of our home in Bexhill on Sea in what is a difficult market. I would like to say that the whole Just Property team have been refreshingly professional. From the initial valuation throughout the process to Sale the Just Property group have been first class and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I'm normally pretty anti estate agents but I felt pretty good dealing with these guys. Efficient and tenacious, Ashley in particular did everything in his power to move things along. I would definitely work with them again.

TrustpilotJust Property purchase
Just Property have dealt with a house sale for me, and I can definitely praise them for their work trying to get things moving and finalised, when there were potential problems in the chain. They seem to have a tight team who meet every morning and are very involved in the progression of the sales. I would recommend them.

TrustpilotMost helpful and proactive Estate Agency in the area.
When looking to move house, I contacted a number of agents in my local area, but Just Property were by far the most proactive and professional of all the Estate Agents I used. They understood my budget, and the area that I wanted to move to, and never pushed me to see properties that didn’t match my search or budget criteria. I dealt with both Ollie and Issy, both of whom were extremely professional. Issy was my contact once my offer was accepted and she kept me up to date at all times and was incredibly helpful, whilst being friendly and courteous at all times. I would highly recommend Just Property to anyone looking to sell or buy a property in the area.

TrustpilotM & S over Morrisons
You get what you pay for - it’s like paying for marks and Spencer’s instead of Morrisons! They may be more expensive but they’re worth it! Ben went above and beyond and so did Ashley! Thank you.

TrustpilotGratitude
I am grateful for all the advice they gave me and for staying calm when I could not. Sometimes selling is as nerve wracking as buying. In the end, it all came right. I thought the team in Hastings were very friendly and very patient. I'm happy to recommend these estate agents.

Just Property recently sold our old family home in Broad Oak. All Just staff were excellent but it was Ben from the Fairlight Office who dealt with us throughout who was exceptional. The sale involved land and a house and took some time due to a few hiccups our end but Ben was understanding, patient, and professional. He was always there with advice and support when we needed it and I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you Ben and the Just team

TrustpilotGreat service and very attentive to details.
Ashley, Jess and Colin and all at Just Property have been nothing short of amazing and kept me well informed the whole way throughout my house purchase, and no matter how anxious I got about it or how many annoying questions I called and emailed them with, they always dealt with me with admirable compassion and took care to explain everything, breaking down the nuts and bolts of the workings of a house chain so I could understand. Thank you so much.

TrustpilotGoing above and beyond
I unexpectedly found myself in urgent need of buying a home in February after the sudden breakdown of my marriage. I viewed a few properties, and it’s interesting across the agents out there how pricing structures varied. The house I am buying was slightly above my budget, and 1 of 2 that I was interested in. The sales team from handling my enquiry to viewings were all part of a great team. I’d already lost a property with another agent and was nervous as had cause for a quick move. Kyle took my purchase forwardswith assistance from Colin while Kyle went off on holiday. I had a tight deadline for moving being set by my situation at home. Kyle handed over to Colin who knew exactly what he needed to do. The top of the chain experienced delays due to missing paperwork for a private road. My solicitor was ready since May, she had my deposit, we were all set, sadly these missing documents were critical to my seller for his new property. Colin and ultimately Kyle are the ones that certainly went the extra mile at chasing these documents and ensuring the solicitor had all that was required. It’s my first time buying so all new to me, but on what would have been my wedding anniversary this week became the day I exchanged. I now move next week and can stop living out of a suitcase in limbo I would recommend the Just Property team for their services. Customer centric, acting professional for all parties involved and excellent communication. I didn’t want to be that customer that called daily, hourly but my urgent for moving asap was dealt with as quick as they could make it happen Thank you all

Just Property have been amazing through both our Sale and our Purchase. Ben made the initial contact a stress free experience and was very informative on the whole process. Ashley kept us up to date every step of the way and was always there to help if we had any questions. Even during anual leave the whole team at Just knew what was going on and were able to provide useful updates. I would recommend Just Property and will definitely use them again.

TrustpilotHelpful estate agency
We had a great experience with Just Property during our recent purchase. Ashley was particularly helpful throughout the process, always keeping us informed and up to date at every stage. As we were relocating, clear communication was really important to us, and Ashley made the whole process much smoother and less stressful. We really appreciated the support and would happily recommend Just Property to others.
