TrustpilotNot your typical estate agents
Ben was very helpful, good communication. Not your typical pushy estate agents didn’t constantly hound us like a lot of others do. Would definitely use JUST again.

TrustpilotTop quality experience!
We recently bought and sold a property with the Bexhill branch of Just Property. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They kept us informed and were both professional and friendly. This is by far the best experience we have ever had from an estate agency firm.

TrustpilotAmazing service
Excellent service and really friendly approachable people. I had a hell of a time with my solicitors and they helped me so much with moving things forward, I really feel that they went above and beyond to help me get my home. Will definitely use them again, can't recommend them enough!

TrustpilotWe have bought and sold through Just…
We have bought and sold through Just Property a number of times, and always find their service to be excellent. They fully understand the process of buying a house doesn't just stop when an offer is accepted, and they are always on hand to ease the often tricky process of dealing with the solicitors and others involved. Their staff are very friendly, polite and communicate well. We have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks all!

TrustpilotThe personal touch, a gem of an Agency…
I recommend this agency for their care and personal touch, during my search for a flat they listened to my extremely specific requirements and managed to match me to the properties that were appropriate, they took the time to get to know me and literally did all they could to find my new home. At no time did I ever feel I was just another sale to them, thank you so much.

GoogleWhen buying or selling a property its really important to chose the right estate agents. We definitely did, JUST PROPERTY were absolutely fantastic all the way through. In a very challenging environment JUST PROPERTY stepped up and gave not just a 100% but probably 200%. We know for a fact that without JUST PROPERTY we would not be where we are today, and thats in our new home!, so a big thank you to them. If you live in East Sussex are and you are looking for an estate agent, then there is only one agent to use, JUST PROPERTY.

GoogleThe team at Just Property couldn't do enough to help us find our new home. They took the time to show us property that they thought fitted our wants and needs rather than any old thing. They are with you 100% of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when there were a few glitches with the chain and dates etc. They were on the phone and updating and chasing. Anyone looking to sell or buy, wouldn't go anywhere else.

TrustpilotI bought a property in Bexhill
I bought a property in Bexhill and received the most outstanding service from Siobhan. She went over and above what I would have expected from my own agent. She was very practical, problem solving, arranged specialist surveys and liaised brilliantly with myself and the vendor throughout. I can't say enough positive things about the service she provided, truly exceptional!

GoogleAfter a disaster with another local agent, I went to Just and one other local agent. I struggled to split the difference between 2 very high quality companies and had to resort to a coin toss! Unfortunately, Just got the wrong side of the coin. However, I was so,so impressed by Colin and his whole team. Initially, I was looking to buy a property from them and sat in their office for 45 minutes. The “buzz” was fantastic - everybody was on point, working incredibly hard, but there was also a great deal of good natured banter going on. If you are looking for a great agency in Hastings, you absolutely must invite Just to bid for your business.

GoogleJust Property just provided invaluable, dependable support through what turned out to be a pretty complicated purchase (through no fault of Just Property!). During a protracted process, they followed up all enquiries promptly and always did their utmost to chase up on issues. We had to navigate unforeseen complications with a share of freehold and I I would say without the diligence of Just Property, this sale may well never have reached completion. I would not hesitate to use them again! A well earned 5 stars!

TrustpilotOutstanding!
Outstanding!! Is the only way to describe the service I received with just property - from beginning to end I had 1 point of contact and she was fantastic I couldn’t of asked for better service. I have dealt with many agents before just property and the level of service was abysmal compared to what I received when moving over to just property. I wouldn’t move again with anyone else. Highly recommend!!
