TrustpilotTotally recommend
I cannot fault this company, especially the hard work of Siobhan at the Bexhill branch. She made our sale go through with minimal stress and always kept us informed of everything. So if you are looking to sell your house then Just property is by far the best company to use.

Just Property are at the top of their profession. They achievedthe sale of my property in a difficilt market, but more than that, their communication was excellent providing regular and informative feedback, and advice with all aspects of moving. They remained friendly yet respectful and it has been a pleasure doing business with them. They come with my highest recommendation.

Just Property have just helped us buy our first property. I found their service to be excellent even if, as the buyers, they weren't technically working for us. Communication great, and they were willing to go the extra mile to help us exchange in the face of some real poor show on behalf of the solicitors. Highly recommended.

Trustpilottrustworthy and hardworking
We have bought and sold a number of properties on the south coast and in London, where our experiences left us determined never to trust an estate agent again. Just Property renewed our faith. They are trustworthy and hardworking. Throughout a recent conveyancing of epic length, they showed perseverance, humour and professionalism. They obviously enjoy what they do. Keep up the great work, JP.

TrustpilotBest estate agent in town
We used Just Property to sell our house and I am so glad we did! The whole team kept us informed and updated at every opportunity and always answered any query we had promptly. I would recommend this estate agent to anyone selling and would have no hesitation to use them again in the future. Thank you all!

GoogleSold my fathers property on my behalf, they were professional, kept us up to date and quick to respond. I don't live in Hastings and they were happy to take keys, take photos of the property, arrange and be present for viewings and take care of things I couldn't be there for, this was much appreciated.

Fantastic service as ever for our recent sale. Having used Just Property for a number of purchases and sales over the years I can honestly say I won't consider using anybody else. The service they provide is head and tails over any other agent I have had experience of, I don't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

TrustpilotThree cheers for the amazing Just Property Team
We can not credit Sibhan Tina Natasha and Team highly enough. Their professionalism, was second to none, along with kindness and sympathy in the more challenging aspects of the conveyancing issues we encountered. Their ability to see the bigger picture and encouragement was very comforting.

TrustpilotHappy with Just Property
Just Property are a great firm. They managed to sell my property for the full asking price within six days. They responded quickly to my numerous emails and most staff were very helpful, on the ball and friendly. I doubt you’d be disappointed if you sell through Just Property.

TrustpilotThe agents and team were lovely
The agents and team were lovely, the only thing I will say is initially the agent who came to value the house only turned up with a camera to take photos of the property, also wanting to list under the average sale price of the other properties on the street, it wasn't until we informed him of the sales of the street that the correct price was set, ideally it would have been better for them to have valued the property before wanting to take photographs.

The whole team were extremely helpful and efficient. Frederica and Ben, in particular, were very supportive with our house purchase and also gave great recommendations for local solicitors, removal firms, etc. We hope to live in our new home for many years but when we come to sell, Just Property will be our first choice of estate agent.

GoogleJust Property Hastings took over the sale of my property when I had failed to sell using another agent. I found them to be totally professional, friendly, pro-active and great communicators, regularly updating me with any news. They sold the property very quickly, and kept in touch with both me and my solicitor throughout the process through exchange and completion, always responding quickly to any requests for information or help. All in all one of the smoothest property sale experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

TrustpilotJust Property professional
Just Property have helped us over the years to buy property and this year they did a great job in helping us sell a property we rented out. They liased with our tenant and organised an open day viewing and the next day we had two asking price offers. We're delighted to have accepted one and have exchanged contracts. Throughout the entire process they have been extremely professional and always kept us informed. They go beyond the typical services and are always happy to help us such as water meter readings etc. We would always use them to sell and would strongly recommend them to fellow buyers and sellers.

GoogleTargeted sales planning and excellent information given to the buyers led to the first people who walked through the door buying our house. The service given between sale and exchange was outstanding, friendly and professional. Our emails were answered and phone calls always answered or returned. I cannot find fault anywhere with the service given. Would recommend absolutely.

TrustpilotWe have just bought and sold with Just…
We have just bought and sold with Just Property. The marketing team were excellent and I couldn’t fault them. I did not think we were treated as well by the sales negotiation team as they were more bothered about keeping our buyers happy than us. I thought the completion was handled particularly badly with Just Property handing the keys to the house to the buyers without telling us or our solicitor which meant the buyers turned up before we had left the house or finished clearing it. That should not have happened.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
