GoogleFrom first valuation to exchange of contracts, the whole team at Just Property have treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble, I never had to chase them, they were always on top of the game, chasing others in the chain where necessary and keeping me updated all the time. Their sensitivity to all parties was exemplary, pro-active without being pushy... a fine balance that they have got spot on! What's more, I was made to feel very much part of the family

I have nothing but praise for the way in which Just Property handled my sale from start to finish, from an accurate valuation through a rather long drawn out process(not of their making) to a successful conclusion a few weeks ago. I found all members of the team extremely pleasant, professional and sensitive to my needs, and would especially like to single out Paul, who dealt with much of sale, for his excellent support, resourcefulness, and cheerful attitude through some tricky times. GoogleAfter buying our house through Just property nearly 4 years ago, we had no hesitation in buying and selling through them again. This time started a bit rockier than last time, with our house not selling in time to offer on a house we really wanted. When another property came onto the market, we couldn't have been supported through the process better. Thanks must go to everyone involved in the sale of our house, in particular, Paul and Colin who had to do a lot of ground work with conveyancers in order to get the exchange date we all needed. We have been treated with professionalism and friendliness throughout our time, and should we move in the future, we know where to come! Thank you everyone at Just Property!

GoogleJust properties were very professional from start to completion. Their team were always friendly and approachable, usually recognising me as soon as I rang them. They clearly put a lot of effort into their customer service, and having had the opposite experience at another agent, it made a big and very welcome difference. They made sure the photos showed off the house in the best possible way, followed up after viewings, and kept us updated through the whole selling process. Attention to detail, attention to customers and a positive pain free experience. Can't fault them.

GoogleI can't recommend Just Property enough. We had been looking for a flat in the Old Town for over a year. Whilst I was away with work a flat came on the market with another company and an agent at Just Property emailed me about it. We saw it straight away, it was perfect for us. They could quite easily have not emailed me and kept us as a customer but they knew exactly what we were after, we put an offer in and bought it. They have a great team, really helpful and the fact that they they were selfless enough to contact me about it speaks volumes for the company.

GoogleWe have just sold with Just Property and they did everything they could to make the process run as smoothly as possible. From valuation to completion Colin,Ben,Paul and the rest of the team were extremely professional and helpful. When our initial buyers pulled out they immediately emailed and rang potential buyers and booked viewings. They informed us of even the smallest details at every stage of the sale,if we asked them to do something it was done straight away and nothing seemed like too much trouble. With their friendly and approachable manner they made what can be a very stressful process run like clockwork and I would highly recommend them. Many thanks to the team at Just Property.

GoogleJust Property are amazing. If you're looking for an estate agent, you just found the one you need. I have just sold my house with them and throughout the process they have been really efficient, proactive, given great advice and really gone the extra mile for me. I live abroad so their regular emails notifying me of when a viewing was scheduled and giving feedback once the client had visited my house was really helpful in keeping me connected with what was going on. Once a buyer had been found I was stunned at the speed with which we managed to exchange and complete! Just Property are a local firm and have great knowledge of the area. They are highly professional, hard-working and ambitious without being unrealistic. I am so pleased that I decided to sell through them. I now totally understand why the friend who recommended them to me was so evangelical in her praise of them that she threatened to stop speaking to me if I used anyone else! They are, quite simply, the best.

GoogleThe Just Property team led by Colin have done a fantastic and thorough job in selling our home. They provided us with lots of viewers and were so supportive. We have young children and it made it so much easier for us when one of the Just Property team were more than happy to show the potential buyers around. They not only managed to secure a buyer for us, but have been brilliant at keeping the chain informed about developments and have been the key to holding it all together for us and others in the chain. GoogleHaving had the experience of buying 4 and selling 2 properties in my lifetime I never thought I would ever find myself singing the praises of an Estate Agent! I have just bought a flat through Just Property and was impressed with the service provided. They were so helpful and professional throughout. They definitely went over and above what I have come to expect from Estate Agents. I was abroad at the time of exchange and they put a lot of time and effort into arranging for a couple of inspections in my absence to ensure exchange was not delayed. They were very accommodating and allowed prospective tenants to view the premises before completion. Even the letting agent commented on how impressed they were with them. And the lovely welcome box of goodies they give buyers is such a nice touch. All this, considering I wasn't even not their actual client. I will definitely be calling on them the next time I am selling a property and would highly recommend them

I was a bit nervous as a single woman entering the property market, but the team at JP put me at my ease immediately with their knowledge of the local market, friendly yet professional approach and policy of honesty and no b***s**t!! I really appreciated the way they handled appointments and viewings... I didn't feel under pressure to buy, but nor did I feel that they were trying to 'push' certain properties on to me, in the way that some agents do. They know Hastings extremely well - can't think of any negatives. And they even gave me a bottle of water on a hot viewing day. A great example of an independent estate agent. Don't hesitate to use them!

All staff friendly and accommodating, no issue too trivial to deal with. A constant source of information during the buying process, and very helpful with last minute actions and queries. The professional and friendly team have worked with us to secure the sale of our property and overcome many chain related issues. In the marketing phase, JP conducted viewings on our behalf efficiently and made it a priority to update us with progress, even outside of normal working hours. The process of selling has been a roller coaster ride but JP have kept us fully informed at all times, as well as communicating with all links in the chain to secure exchange of contracts.
