Very professional Team and everyone was warm and friendly. Anyone looking to buy a property in the area should check their website and pop down to the office. They have a fantastic location, modern offices , great window display and a warm and friendly atmosphere where you can relax . The Staff are very knowledgeable of the area and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend this Agent to anyone.

First class service

Through no fault of Just Property, the sale of our house took a very long time. Issey was absolutely brilliant in keeping us informed and advising us. We felt so looked after and recommend them highly.

A exceptional Estate Agent

We used Just Property at Bexhill to sell our Grade II listed house. We cannot say enough about Siobhan and the team. Totally professional together with warmth and empathy - entirely what you need when going through one of the most stressful periods of your life. I honestly think they are exceptional and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We have never had such a good service from an estate agent. Issey and her team at the Hastings office were so supportive and could not have done more for us; they seemed to know how much we wanted the property from day one.And next week we move! Thank you very much Just Property Team

I have experienced Just Property for both buying and selling and can wholeheartedly recommend them. I have just sold my property with them and they were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I had two sales fall through due to Covid and throughout my time with them they kept me constantly updated on viewings, feedback, solicitors etc. Everyone in the company is helpful and friendly from initial valuation, to viewings, liaising with solicitors and completion and they kept me going through some very stressful times. I am very grateful to the whole Team for both their professionalism and expertise and also for their support and positivity. A massive thank you to you all.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Thanks to Paul, Tom, Jim and the rest of the team at Just, we finally completed on our house purchase. We had a rollercoaster ride to get there with houses falling through left right and centre. But the team at Just made it their personal mission to find us our dream home. Thank you everyone for making it happen. We are so happy in our new home.

Just Properties have sold 2 houses for us. I have always found them to be very polite, friendly and professional. Paul and Ben kept us well informed every step of the way. I have no hesitation in recommending Just Properties.

Just Property is by some distance the most professional estate agency we have dealt with in recent years. They were efficient, competent and friendly. Kyle and Ben were always on hand through out the process and never shirked from making sure momentum was maintained. Our purchase could well have taken longer and been more difficult than it was without having their assistance and perseverance. If only the performance of all agencies was as polished.

What can I say! Issey has gone above and beyond to support us whilst buying a property with them. She continually updated us and made sure everything went well and we eventually exchanged yesterday despite obstacle. Issey and the team have shown amazing customer service throughout. Thank you so much!

Excellent team for Just Property in Fairlight.

The team at Just Property in Fairlight [and Hastings] were excellent and really helpful. Sadly I was the local executor for a lady friend and suggested to the other executor that we use Just as they had helped us with a fair valuation for probate. We, against their advice tried a higher price for the beneficiaries benefit and the team worked really hard with lot of viewings which they handled for me, but no offers as the asking price was too high for the current market. We adjusted the asking price and the team had so many viewings and offers that they requested for the prospective buyers to give full and final offers. This resulted in 5 offers within a few days.

2nd time with Just

Perfect .. no grief, no hassles or surprises & regular updates. Sold our property on day one with a number of offers over the asking price .. thought this might happen, but wasn’t prepared for the amount of offers !Guided through all options professionally and in layman’s terms & discussing ideas that we hadn’t thought of. All of the team are a Huge asset to the Housing Market in Hastings. Used Just before & would not use anyone else in Hastings. Perfect.

They kept me fully informed and were easy to speak to on every occasion I needed to speak with them. They went out of their way to assist over any issue and managed to salvage a sale.

Kept their heads

An awful lot of complex legalities arose during this sale. The vendor was growing more and more impatient over issues that they didn't think were issues [particularly when it looked like the chain was going to collpase. All in all, a bit of a nightmare. However, the team at Just Property were able to reassure everyone and keep them sweet, despite this going right to the wire. The only thing I'd fault them on is being a little bit pushy in the first instance and not quite appreciating that I needed time to think. So that accounts for 4 stars.

The service I have received from Just Property has exceeded my expectations, not only were the staff professional but I could not recommend them enough for their truly personal and honest approach. A service that I believe you will not get from any other Estate Agent in the Hastings and St Leonards area. A special thank you to Amy and Paul who have been such a pleasure to deal with. Great work guys!

Just Pick Them!

Absolutely top notch service from David, Colin, Austin, Issey and Natasha in both Hastings and Bexhill offices in buying a retirement apartment for my Dad and selling his house. Austin gave us very practical tips on how to present the house and Colin in particular helped us manage a complex chain that hit a couple of wobbles along the way. They promoted the house very well in prime window position in the Hastings branch and kept us informed regularly, through rising interest rates and inflation headwinds. Excellent service at competitive rates, highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
