Just Property Hastings reviews

Simply the best moving experience that I have ever had ( and there have been a few over the years) despite the complexities of rolling two properties into one, and the hiccups and problems that popped up along the way. The team at Just Property have remained on the ball and always gone the extra mile to make sure the chains were able to reach the golden day of exchange and beyond. A huge thanks to Ben and the rest of the team who have remained proactive and positive in trying times (really really trying times), coordinating all angles of the sales right through the lengthy process and holding it all together, suffering the grumbles, and always returning promised calls with a cheery manner and fabulous customer service. You're absolute stars :-) Many many thanks x

I should like to praise and thank Ben and Just Property very highly. In the 9 months that I was looking to buy a property Ben was the most helpful estate agent I came across. Unfortunately the place I eventually bought was not on his books! However, he was selling the property at the top of a chain of 6, which became extremely problematic. The fact that it did not collapse was to a large extent due to his proactive involvement throughout the chain, which contained two useless estate agents and an incompetent online conveyancing company. He demonstrated a high level of competence, professionalism and helpfulness throughout. One of the things that was particularly impressive about Ben was his willingness to be so helpful and responsive to me when i wasn’t even his client! This went beyond just ensuring that the chains went through. Further, It was in stark contrast to the estate agent I was buying through. When/if I come to sell Ben and Just property will be my first port of call.

Excellent

We bought a property marketed by Just Property in Hastings and have nothing but praise for them, especially Jim, whose ‘can do’ attitude helped overcome obstacles and ensured that we were able to complete quickly. Everyone at the office was extremely helpful and professional.

Exceptional Service

Ours was a difficult process for a variety of reasons outside anyone’s control - Jim and Paul were always available, helpful, patient, diligent and active with keeping the chain in place and were instrumental in us achieving the exchange today. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

They are respectful, Tai and Mpho Meso were efficient in assisting me with everything, including the processing of my deposit. I like their client portal which shows all invoices, payments made and status of account. They paid my deposit within 30 days, all of it. Very impressive.

Excellent estate agent. We were planning to buy a home via Just Property which unfortunately fell through, to no fault of theirs. I was impressed by their professional yet personable communication and general team response to this tricky situation. They handled it really well and supported us afterwards finding a new home. Thanks to Colin, Issey & the whole team!PositiveProfessionalism

Outstanding Service

From initial valuation to final exchange of contracts on my home, Just Property have been outstanding, offering a level of customer care and professionalism I thought had disappeared long ago. I had the misfortune of being part of a lengthly chain which Just Property managed, calmed, chased and brought to exchange in an admirable fashion, keeping me abreast of all I needed to know and nothing that I didn't, making the highly stressful operation of buying and selling a house as pain free as possible. Highly recommended.

Just Property - definitely the best agents in town

Just Property both handled the purchase of my new home here in Hastings and numerous house viewings over a six month period. This was a big relocation move for us and the added stress was eased considerably by the professional, friendly service from all the staff we interacted with - especially Tom Williams and Liam Foster.If/when we plan to sell we would have no hesitation in using Just Property.

Great communication, warm, honest and professional

My sister and I can’t thank the Just Property team enough. Selling our family home from a long way away in a tricky market has been a challenge. At valuation Austin promised us that they would look after the house and keep us informed every step of the way and Issey, Colin and the whole team lived up to that promise. Simply a great team of people; all willing to do whatever was needed and always so warm and positive, but also very honest and incredibly professional. Thank you.

The right choice

After 19 years in the same house, to move was a big decision. The next decision, to use Just Property, has been fully justified by events. Fortunately they were involved with other properties in my chain. Various legal and other issues caused delays but their personal, responsive and efficient service and liaison skills kept "the show on the road" when this seemed problematic and I am now happily settling in to my new home. They are a friendly but professional team with real local knowledge and a commitment to succeed. Thank you all!

An exceptional, elegant & efficient agency

The team at Just was impressively composed, quick and well-informed... from the first time we were shown a flat (by the managing director, swiftly filling in at the last minute!) to the moment, after months of searching, that we completed with smiles of relief. We were very pleased that the flat we decided on was represented by Just. Indeed, the team were alert, polite and agile throughout the process. Most importantly, they handle their clients with dignity. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend Just highly enough. All the team were charming and helpful and always at the end of the phone answering questions when other links in the chain were't able to do so. Ben and his team kept us in the loop every step of the way, demonstrating consistency in their excellent customer service. Not only do Just have some of the best quality properties on their website, they have a calibre of service to match.
