Just Property Hastings reviews

I recently purchased a property through Just Property's Bexhill office & dealt with Partner Ben Davey. Ben was professional & very pro-active throughout the whole process which was challenging to say the least, as we agreed the sale just a few weeks before the Covid-19 Pandemic lock down. When times are challenging a good business will really show it's merits & Just Property has proved to be in my opinion a very good business & Ben a real credit to his company. Highly recommended!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Just property are by far the best estate agents we have dealt with, tending to any queries and problems quickly and with no fuss. They are an extremely helpful and friendly team; from viewings and valuation with Austin, Hugh and Richard; general correspondence and assistance from Tom and Issy to the negotiation, exchange and completion with Paul and Jim. All of you were a pleasure to deal with throughout a lengthy and frustrating process (nothing to do with JP) and made a stressful experience much less so. Special thanks to Paul for superb negotiating, to Jim for dealing with SO much so efficiently, and to Austin for getting the whole process started so professionally. If anyone's worried about buying or selling a property, look no further than Just Property! Thank you, sincerely Pete

A great team

A great team, helpful and friendly, and supportive through an occasionally difficult sale process. They have the extensive knowledge of the local property market that one looks for in an independent agent local to the area. Particular thanks to Austin and Paul who saw us through from the beginning to the end.

Efficient, knowledgable and understanding.

The whole team at Just Property, but especially Colin and Issey, were extremely efficient, understanding and friendly. Colin was a mine of useful information and so helpful, putting me in touch with companies/building professionals etc, and giving me advice. Patient too - coming back to me immediately on my many questions and queries and keeping me in the loop.

I recently sold my property through Just Property, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. Their valuation at the outset was accurate and they were proactive in navigating the market to achieve a great price for my home. The team was incredibly professional and attentive during viewings, always ensuring little details like asking visitors to remove their shoes to protect our cream carpets. I truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and care throughout the process.A special mention goes to Colin, who was outstanding in managing the chain and ensuring everything proceeded smoothly. He went above and beyond, often providing updates even on his days off, which gave me real peace of mind during what can be a stressful time.Overall, the entire team at Just Property went above and beyond my expectations, handling everything with professionalism and dedication. I’m thrilled with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Professional but human!

I can honestly echo the immense positivity found in the reviews for this company. From the first contact, to eventual completion they were nothing but excellent. The property selling process is unnecessarily stressful - while there is nothing that can be done to remove the underlying tension, the care and tenacity of Just Properties made it all ever so slightly more tolerable.Totally worth their (reasonable) fee! I will almost miss the phone calls and weekly progress emails (although I am obviously delighted it's all completed successfully). Particular thanks must go to Ben and Jo :)

The Perfect Experience

We have been delighted with the professional service we received fromJust Property. From the moment we saw our bungalow, Colin & Issey were very helpful & perfect to deal with. They are both excellent communicators & clearly love their jobs. Having someone with these qualities really helps when you don't live locally. A big thanks to both....💐

Having sold our last house with Just property 21 years ago it only seemed right to use them again. From the moment we met Austin, we felt relaxed. We had an offer within two weeks of marketing.

Ben at Just Property was wonderful from start to finish. Buying a house for the first time can seem very daunting at first but Ben made the whole process so easy and stressful free! Myself and partner just purchased our first house through Just Property, and couldn't be happier with the level of service we received! They where able to accommodate a viewing on the day of enquiry. Negotiation and offers is always a difficult one, the seller wants the most, you want to buy for the least, but Just Property and Tom in particular where honest and made the whole viewing and negotiation process simple and painless! Also Ben was very helpful in keeping us up to date with proceedings, and if you had a question was very quick and knowledgeable with his response. Overall awesome experience and both very very happy!

Ben and Tom were extremely friendly

Ben and Tom were extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish, they broke everything down into easy to understand information in a very professional non patronising way (I asked some really dumb questions). This is not the first time my family have used this company and would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone looking to buy or rent a property! Thank you to all at Just property for another smooth sale!

Tom, Colin and the team have been absolutely amazing from day one. Brilliant service from start to finish

Brilliant service from start to finish. The team worked hard to get our chain in place and then kept us updated throughout. At exchange when the solicitors dragged their feet Just Properties kept on top of developments and stayed in contact. Thanks for getting us moved when others failed!
