GoogleCouldn't recommend Just Property more. We both bought and sold through them on this occasion and all along they have been easy to get hold of, supportive, communicative and patient through quite a lengthy process. Having had to deal with a lot of other agents in the process of viewing and negotiating on properties, I can definitely recommend just property over the rest.

GoogleBrilliant service for start until finish. The whole team worked hard to get our chain in place and moving forward. At exchange when the solicitors were slowing things up Just Properties kept pushing and keeping us all updated. Thank you for finally getting us moved when others failed!

TrustpilotCustomer service stinks!!!
All I read is about selling and buying and how good they are. Nope, I am sorry. Yes they will give you a good service off selling or buying a property because they get a lot of money out of it. But when renting through them they have the baddest customer service with that. I mean even if I rent why still not giving me the same service that you giving to someone that buys a house. Never calling back let someone else pick up the phone on your behalf because they are to scared to talk to you. Telling me that you will get me something else to stay in and that there is still time to get something else. Egnoring my phone calls. All of us we go to the same toilet or how can I say it, we also do the same thing on a toilet. Why would your @h#t be better than mine. Maybe stinks more than mine yes. But that does not make you better. Work on your customer service even if we only rent. I could rent till I find something I want to buy. I thought that Just property will be diffrent than other renting places. Very disappointed. Something to work on!!!
Thank you for your review, but it looks like you are based in South Africa and must have us confused with a South African company with the same name. We are based in Hastings, Uk. We do not deal with lettings at all, only sales. Please could you remove your review as it is not about our company. Thanks very much

TrustpilotJust Property Fantastic Estate agents
Just Property were a fantastic agent throughout the whole process of my recent sale and purchase of homes. From the very beginning, Austin who valued my property was spot on with his assessment and offered invaluable advice on how best to present the house for viewings and pictures. Kyle, Izzy and all else in the office were always so helpful and kept us well informed throughout the whole process and really pushed things along any time they began to stagnate. Thank you to all at Just property for everything, I will definitely use again.

TrustpilotI used Just Property for the sale of my late mother's house …
I used Just Property for the sale of my late mother's property. From the off they were very confident and enthusiastic about finding a buyer, and I wasn't disappointed - within a very short time of marketing the house they told me they had a buyer.Obviously Covid caused things to slow down somewhat, but Ben and the team regularly kept me updated and informed, and were always able to answer any questions I had.
