They set the standard.

In these days of ever-diminishing standards, particularly in respect to property-linked businesses, what a joy to deal with Just Property at their recently-opened offices in Bexhill Old Town. Jim, Colin and Jo are truly amazing people but, moreover, genuine in their desire to give the best service possible. Jo carried out the Valuation on our property and her pre-visit preparation, along with the manner of her subsequent appraisal, exhibited a professionalism rarely witnessed within the industry. Truly remarkable.Martin & Adele.

Agents for our purchase

Just Property were the agents for our seller and were so helpful at communicating with us regarding the sale and helping to push things along when our buyer's solicitor was being slow. We dealt with Tom who was professional, efficient and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent support to us as buyers

Excellent support to us as buyers. Worked hard to find suitable properties for us, they know their market really well. Once the sale was agreed they continued to support both us and our vendor through some potentially tricky negotiations. The great service continued throughout exchange of contract (with hoorays from them all on the phone) and they shared our delight on completion day too, welcoming us to our new house with a box of essentials and something to toast the purchase. Would highly recommend them all.

I didn’t end up buying through JP, but I wish I did!! The service they provided me when looking for my first property was at a different level compared to other agents!! They are efficient, replied to my emails quickly and are always able to help with questions I had. I can see how hard they work, as I walked past their office at 7 whilst they were having their morning meeting!!!!- CRAZY. Special mention too issey, who was always able to arrange a day of viewings at short notice :))

It's been a very nice experience dealing with Just Property. Right from the beginning from viewings onwards I was kept fully informed and I got a good feeling that everything was being done as quickly and efficiently and with as little hassle as possible. From start to finish it has been a smooth experience and to be honest beyond my expectations. Apart from that everyone has been very friendly and professional ,so many thanks to everyone in the Hastings office- 5 star service!

I have moved 3 times with JUST property…

I have moved 3 times with JUST property - for a very good reason - they are brilliant. Anyone can sell your house when times are good but when things get difficult as they did over the past year, you need a good team who know what they are doing and can cope with the stress with a smile on their face.I have been lucky that all of the team are so good and have fallen back on Colin Siggs superior skills when my sale fell through. He managed to find brilliant new buyers and hustled everything through doing regular chases on the chains solicitors, estate agents and clients and keeping me informed by email and text. Im not sure I could have achieved the outcome without them and remain very very grateful for all the effort put in on my behalf. If you are thinking of buying or selling in any of the areas covered by Just Property, please remember this is inevitally going to be a stressful time and you need to make sure you are in the hands of a professional friendly knowledgeable group of people. you really are supported from valuation to completion.

Just Property: Hastings

Just Property became for me, more than agents.. they have been friends, supporting me at a difficult time, So many Estate Agents are faceless "pushy" people. I have had calls from agents trying to trick me into changing to their company, but I have stuck with Just Property and they have stuck with me, I complete on the sale of my house on Friday, and have no regrets in my choice. Just Property are the agents for the Old Town, Hastings and Fairlight, but I am seeing their boards all over Hastings, St Leonards and Bexhill now.. They are wishing me well and I wish them every success in the future. Derek Williams

Had a wonderful experience with Just…

Had a wonderful experience with Just Property, Hastings when viewing a property recently. We were met by the most lovely man, Richard, who showed us around the house, taking time to explain and demonstrate everything so calmly. He told us all about the area and answered honestly all the things we needed to know. Not only that, but when we were leaving he offered to direct us out of the driveway. We would have loved to have bought the house just because Richard had been so helpful but unfortunately it wasn't for us.

Independent Customer

I actually used on online estate agent to sell my house, which was the biggest mistake I could have done.Fortunately, the lady buying my property was selling through Just Property and they have been extremely supportive. Since agreeing the price with the buyer of my property, I then heard nothing from my online estate agent. Just Property however was extremely helpful and helped push things along, they even chased the solicitor of the property I was buying to help me out even though I wasn't a direct customer.Ben at Just Property is particular has been on the ball, and has a very proactive attitude towards his job. If I am ever in the position where I need to sell a property again, I will definitely be using Just Property.

Just Perfect!

I could not rate Just Property enough, the entire team were faultless from start to finish. From the viewings of other properties right through to the office team helping chase solicitors along and the detail put into our house listing and photographs, they were fantastic. The advice and local knowledge was second to none, nothing was too much effort and they had time for us all the way through. If you are considering selling and/or buying in the area you need look no further. Thanks JP team! :)

I honestly would not use anyone else. Just property have a great team. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, always friendly and there to help. Went above and beyond to move the sale to completion. They did not stop at just selling my property, they were determined to help me find the right property to buy - and they did. Could not be happier with our new house and would not have found it without them. Thanks Just Property

After previously using many other estate agents within the area we couldn’t be happier to have discovered just property. The team are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of purchasing and selling property. They are fast and efficient and leave you feeling that nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend them to every one we know without hesitation, it gave us one less worry with what can ultimately be an extremely stressful time. Cannot think you all enough. Mr and Mrs Ennis.

We can only echo the comments left by other clients regarding the excellent service that Just Property give, from start to finish. We dealt with several members of the team throughout our selling/buying process; from putting our house on the market with Austin at the start, to exchanging and completing with Ben at the other end, and all of them exhibited such professionalism and a level of customer service you just don’t see from other estate agents. Keeping us up to date and informed without us having to chase, and offering sound, logical advice which always felt as though they had our best interests at heart. We’d have no hesitation in either recommending JP, or using them next time we decide to move (although hopefully this won’t be for some years yet!). Many thanks to all the team!

I think most of us when buying or selling a property have mixed experiences with estate agents, with most being pretty challenging. However, I must say the team at Just Property have been 100% on the ball, supportive, knowledgeable & willing to help no matter what the issue is. I purchased a property through these guys & I can say if & when I move house I'll be knocking on their door for sure. Totally professional estate agents & a pleasure to work with, thank you all at Just Property.

This was the first time I have sold a house before and Just Property guided me through it effortlessly. They never once made me feel uncomfortable for asking questions about the process along the way. They were always genuinely happy to help and talk me through anything I wasn't sure of. I worked with different members of the team during the sale and who ever I came in contact with, I have high praise for. Just Property are not just about getting your money, they are sincere, friendly and truly do want to help you sell or buy your home. Thanks for getting me there guys! :-) I would definitely recommend using Just property..

Just Property - Highly recommended!

Just Property just provided invaluable, dependable support through what turned out to be a pretty complicated purchase (through no fault of Just Property!). During a protracted process, they followed up all enquiries promptly and always did their utmost to chase up on issues. We had to navigate unforeseen complications with a share of freehold and I I would say without the diligence of Just Property, this sale may well never have reached completion. I would not hesitate to use them again! A well earned 5 stars!
