TrustpilotVery happy!
Good advice during the valuation and sign up. Good quality photos and description involving vendor at all times. Agent could not accompany the viewing which would have been preferred but on this occasion it went well. In my opinion the key to a successful sale is a realistic asking price and preparing the property for photos and viewings. Take agents advice and make the effort. First impression is vital and most people have done their homework online before they view. Regular communication to vendor during the conveyancing process. Overall a good experience. Fully recommend.

TrustpilotGreat staff & great communication
All of the staff at the Bexhill branch were excellent. Right from the start when I met David I knew this was the right agent to go with. Throughout the sale there was fantastic & prompt communication from either Siobhan or Ashley, keeping me fully in the loop at all times. Really good estate agency, I would highly recommend using Just Property. A big thanks to the Bexhill team.

TrustpilotGreat service and friendly staff!
Can not fault the service we had, from start to finish they were amazing. Kept us updated constantly with viewings and feedback which made us feel more at ease and most importantly they seemed to genuinely want to help us. Wasn’t the easiest of chains we were in but the JP team really worked hard to get over every obstacle. Will 100% be using them again in any future selling/purchases.

No regrets choosing Just Property to sell my house. They were straight forward, easy to reach when I had queries. Unlike other agencies in Hastings they were very proactive and helpful. The property I was selling had some unique challenges and they were quite realistic yet flexible about how best to approach its sale.I've also bought properties through Just and likewise found them responsive and straight forward. Trustpilot5 stars are not enough
Please make it to the end. Its worth the read !!There are not enough adjectives to describe the level of service i have had from the team at just property. You pay your fee and expect things to happen to sell the property, what you don't expect and get in abundance is such a sensitive, caring, thoughtful team with professional touches and smiles all the way through the stressful process. My chain wasn't without issue, but the team led by the very wonderful Siobhan, dealt with every single issue and communicated above and beyond expected levels. i have bought and sold many properties, these guys are by the far the best . Tip top performance . Use them !!ThankyouDavid
