We can only echo the comments left by other clients regarding the excellent service that Just Property give, from start to finish. We dealt with several members of the team throughout our selling/buying process; from putting our house on the market with Austin at the start, to exchanging and completing with Ben at the other end, and all of them exhibited such professionalism and a level of customer service you just don’t see from other estate agents. Keeping us up to date and informed without us having to chase, and offering sound, logical advice which always felt as though they had our best interests at heart. We’d have no hesitation in either recommending JP, or using them next time we decide to move (although hopefully this won’t be for some years yet!). Many thanks to all the team!

I think most of us when buying or selling a property have mixed experiences with estate agents, with most being pretty challenging. However, I must say the team at Just Property have been 100% on the ball, supportive, knowledgeable & willing to help no matter what the issue is. I purchased a property through these guys & I can say if & when I move house I'll be knocking on their door for sure. Totally professional estate agents & a pleasure to work with, thank you all at Just Property.

This was the first time I have sold a house before and Just Property guided me through it effortlessly. They never once made me feel uncomfortable for asking questions about the process along the way. They were always genuinely happy to help and talk me through anything I wasn't sure of. I worked with different members of the team during the sale and who ever I came in contact with, I have high praise for. Just Property are not just about getting your money, they are sincere, friendly and truly do want to help you sell or buy your home. Thanks for getting me there guys! :-) I would definitely recommend using Just property..

Just Property - Highly recommended!

Just Property just provided invaluable, dependable support through what turned out to be a pretty complicated purchase (through no fault of Just Property!). During a protracted process, they followed up all enquiries promptly and always did their utmost to chase up on issues. We had to navigate unforeseen complications with a share of freehold and I I would say without the diligence of Just Property, this sale may well never have reached completion. I would not hesitate to use them again! A well earned 5 stars!

A* service

After previously using many other estate agents within the area we couldn’t be happier to have discovered just property. The team are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of purchasing and selling property. They are fast and efficient and leave you feeling that nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend them to every one we know without hesitation, it gave us one less worry with what can ultimately be an extremely stressful time. Cannot think you all enough. Mr and Mrs Ennis

Brilliant service and professionalism

I am so grateful for the professionalism shown and the service provided by Just Property. I will recommend them to everyone who says they are going to sell their property. When the first sale fell through they got right back on the case and sold it again in a couple of weeks. Thanks to the whole team for arranging and accompanying viewings but especially to Austin and to Ben who was so patient and understanding with all the problems and delays - so supportive. Thanks also for the photos which showed my flat off to its best and I'm sure created interest.

We chose Just Property because of their reputation and from recommendations. We were not disappointed! They are very professional and efficient and kept us informed all along. We had a difficult time with our chain because of our purchase but they worked hard to keep the long backward chain together to ensure we did not lose our sale, updating us frequently, and the result was a successful sale. I would certainly recommend them and would definitely use them again if we are brave enough to try another move!

Very professional

Very professional, friendly and honest service. Everyone I spoke to, from when I walked in, to the person who showed me the property, to the follow up were all very helpful! I felt they went above and beyond in trying to accommodate me when it was difficult to get a hold of the seller to view a property and I was very impressed. I found another property that suited my needs more accurately somewhere else but my experience with Just Property would definitely make me want to sell through them when the time came. Thanks!

Ben Davey and his team were really good, friendly but professional. Ben in particular kept me updated and informed during what turned out to be an unnecessarily protracted and frustrating conveyancing experience, COVID or no COVID. He was a very effective conduit to share information with my buyers when the legal route to do this was problematic.

I honestly would not use any other agent. Just property have a great team. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, always friendly and there to help. Went above and beyond to move the sale to completion. They did not stop at just selling my property, they were determined to help me find the right property to buy - and they did. Excellent!

We went to a different agent originally and after several months of being let down went to Just Property.I’m glad we did. In a very short space of time they found us buyers in a good position to proceed and the perfect house to buy. The service was excellent and the staff are friendly and professional. I only had to say my first name and whoever answered the phone knew who I was instantly. I would highly recommend this agency and regret not gong to them in the first place.

OUTSTANDING ESTATE AGENTS

The team at Just Property have just finalised the exchange on our Cooden property and we couldn't be happier! We originally had it on the market with two estate agents hoping that it would get us more coverage but if i'm honest, there really wasn't any need. Just Property worked twice as hard as ANY other local agent and they move heaven and earth to get the job done! Paul, in particular, was on hand throughout and kept us well informed at every step. He was honest, super hard working, an incredible communicator and when he said he was going to do something...he did it to the highest standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Just Property to anyone. You don't have to have a Hastings property for these guys to work their magic!. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Sometimes estate agents receive bad press, but I can't imagine this agent receiving any! I chose Just Property to sell my house In Bexhill -on - sea, even though it is a peripheral area for them. I have been delighted to find how helpful, reassuring, thorough, prompt & very professional EVERY member of the staff are.The essence of this house was immediately & enthusiastically understood by Austin Grout, who must have enthused the rest of the team! It has genuinely been my best experience in selling a house (& I have have bought & sold several in my working life in London.) I have NO hesitation in recommending Just Property to anyone & they were also recommended to me by people for buying or selling.

From first valuation to exchange of contracts, the whole team at Just Property have treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble, I never had to chase them, they were always on top of the game, chasing others in the chain where necessary and keeping me updated all the time. Their sensitivity to all parties was exemplary, pro-active without being pushy... a fine balance that they have got spot on! What's more, I was made to feel very much part of the family

Let's face it, moving house isn't easy! But we can honestly say that the whole team at Just Property made our buying and selling experience far less stressful than it could have been. Every one of them was helpful, understanding, patient, sympathetic and very supportive during a very difficult personal period in our lives. Above all, they are knowledgeable on the whole area as some of the staff members live in Fairlight and really are the best people to give advice on property in this beautiful part of the country. Whichever way we contacted them, by phone, email or just by popping into either the Hastings office or the Fairlight office, we were always treated with respect, no matter how many times we asked the same question!!!! The property details are superb with excellent photographs and written descriptions, which they give to each viewer at viewings, and I understand they now offer a video tour of properties. They offered to show viewers around our house whilst I walked our dogs, which was so helpful. We have used Just Property twice now and can recommend them highly - a team of lovely people. We will NEVER move again, as we have found our dream home .... but if we do, we will be using Just Property!! We can't thank all of you enough. Lots of love, Paul & Lisa Burton.

A very well deserved five stars! I have nothing but praise for the way in which Just Property handled my sale from start to finish, from an accurate valuation through a rather long drawn out process(not of their making) to a successful conclusion a few weeks ago. I found all members of the team extremely pleasant, professional and sensitive to my needs, and would especially like to single out Paul, who dealt with much of sale, for his excellent support, resourcefulness, and cheerful attitude through some tricky times. All very much appreciated !

Having bought and sold many houses both in England and Scotland, I have dealt with a number of estate agents. Having just sold my house, the property we purchased was being sold through Just Property. As often happens in house negotiations, things did not go to plan and although Just Property were not my agents, they were totally dedicated to ensure both their clients and my interests were foremost. Ben Davy, a partner in Just Property, was always available to answer my concerns during some frustrating times in the negotiations, go out of his way to resolve issues and was always very professional and a credit to his profession. I am hoping that this is my last house move but I would certainly use Just Property if I were to move again and would strongly recommend them without any hesitation.
