GoogleI have used Liz Milsom to sell a couple of properties and would highly recommend. Donna worked tirelessly with all parties and professionals to effectively progress sales, and gave frequent updates so I was never in doubt as to what was going on. An excellent service all round, great communication within the team and very competitively priced.

GoogleFound a house we really loved and offered the full asking price. Unfortunately it was being sold by Liz Milsom Properties. They are supposed to be a friendly family firm, however, I found them to be rude and seem to have their own agenda for first time buyers, which we were not. Because we had not yet completed our sale, she just did not want to know us. I feel that they just want quick sales to boost their image. When we find another property we are interested in it will definitely not be with this agent.

Thank you for your review - however, I do feel I have to counter this review in that, the onus is on the Vendor to decide which party they wish to proceed with not necessarily the Agent. I can only advise on potential Purchasers' circumstances at the time of making an offer. Unfortunately, on this occasion you were unsuccessful due to the alternative party being a First Time Buyer with no chain attached. I can confirm that the "said" property has now Completed. FacebookLiz and team provided us with a friendly, professional and thorough service. I was particularly impressed with the weekly updates sent through to us, via email from Donna, as to how our house sale was proceeding and at what stage we were at. They liased well with our solicitor. We have bought and sold over the past 5 years or so using x3 other estate agents - these were not a patch on what Liz Milsom and team provided. Thank you.
