Very disappointing experience. We made an offer on a property being sold by Liz Milsom. After having our offer accepted, we were told a day or two later that actually, another party were interested and we should give our last and final offers. With any other estate agent after having an offer accepted, we were asked to provide various documentation so the property could be taken off the market. Not with Liz Milsom however. After much back and forth on this property when the other buyer pulled out, we made another offer final offer only to be completely ignored by Liz Milsom, no response back to let us know if it had been accepted or not. Be very wary using them, they are unprofessional with very poor communication and an absolute lack of transparency.

Very bad experience with this estate agent. It seems like they have own agendas like what other bad reviews have commented. We found the property we like but unfortunately it’s under this estate agent. Made offer previously which was accepted but 2 days later came back to us saying there’s another buyer and we should make our final offer. The vendor chose the alternative party as they were first time buyers. It was very quick as if we haven’t even given chance to redeem and put our best offer. Then few weeks later came back to us saying the sale fell through and if we are still interested. We found a place we’ve put an offer on since they pushed us out and said we’ll stick to it but if there are some issues we’ll reconsider the property. Few days ago we decided to email and put our offer again as the house is still on the market and the top of our chain fell through. Vendors rejected it (although this was the offer they accepted and offered to us when it fell through) and we made final offer but not got back to us and just blatantly ignored us for days. Very unprofessional and very rude. Worst estate agents we’ve known, their attitude feels like they want a quick sale right away. They are good in the surface if they think they’ll get a deal with you but obviously will cut you out when there’s another potential quick sale for them or they’ll get more money. We’ve dealt with other estate agents now since all the back and forth and we’re very professional compared to this.

They were definitely the most competitive on the market (we did our research). We found Liz friendly and 'down to earth' and she was a pleasure to deal with. We tried to sell our property a few years ago and it was on the market without success. After our tenants had not really taken care of it we redecorated and tidied a few things and then set about trying to sell it. We got four suggested prices from estate agents, two of which were unrealistically high and when I questioned them they said we could review it after 8 weeks which was when I hoped to have it sold by. We went with Liz Milsom whose price was spot on and clearly wanted to sell it asap. Within three weeks we had several viewings and an offer to purchase. The house has now been sold, all less than three months since our initial meeting for valuation. Liz Milsom properties have done brilliantly for us and I would strongly recommend them if you want to SELL your house. They have been professional in all aspects, kept us informed of every development and have been friendly, informative, approachable and on the ball throughout the process. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in using them again and I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Vicky, Donna and Liz for all their efforts in the selling of our house, thank you from myself and Caroline.
