GoogleI wouldn’t recommend this estate agents if you’re selling when separated from your partner. They don’t respect that you are not in communication and will share everything that you are doing with your ex! They don’t market your house well either, I had 4 potential viewers two of which never even showed up on the day wasting my time, one who insulted how I live and one that I never heard back from! Be warned that there is also a fee even if you can’t sell you house with them and take it off the market with them.

GoogleMy partner and I are first time buyers so this was the first time we have ever dealt with an estate agent and the property market. Donna and the team were great help and it was especially handy for us working full time Monday-Friday that they were there to help and answer any queries etc. after work hours, which from my knowledge, not many estate agents offer this kind of service.
Our purchase was quite a difficult one; with many delays a long the way with COVID and other factors which were out of our hands. Donna and the team were there for support, and responded to our daily emails efficiently. We were always kept in the loop and our opinion and what we wanted to do was always taken into consideration.
We had multiple viewings at the property which was always organised quickly and around when we were available; again very handy when we both work full time.
although it was quite a stressful time for us due to the delays, Donna and the team were there to speak to and for re assurance and were a great help in pushing our purchase to completion.
We thank Liz Milsom Properties for their efforts, helpfulness and efficiency with our purchase.

Whenever we called the phone was always answered straight away we never went to voicemail or were waiting on hold.
