GoogleWhen I first met Liz I found her understanding and a genuine person for selling our house. From this and a recommendation from a friend we opted to proceed with her.
Once the signatures were on the sheet tho, it all changed. We didn't receive any phone calls, only email updates of views on Rightmove, with no advice or options on what if anything we could or should do to improve selling our home.
After a couple of months and a few viewings but no offers we called them for advice, which was just lower the price. Which was quite disappointing as I expected more from an "experienced" estate agency.
In the end we lowed the price slightly and took more pictures ourselves to improve the originals. We did managed to sell eventually but that's when I found the whole thing a bigger joke as this was the only time they started to contact us all the time to get things done just so they could get paid.
All they want is to get as many houses on there books with minimal effort.

Good Afternoon - thank you for your review, the contents of which have been noted. In relation to your sale - this was agreed in November 2018 and Completed in March 2019. This is not a quick Completion for ourselves so therefore feel that the comment in relation to "wanting our fees" is unjustified - the Office work extremely hard behind the scenes which is why we are the Gold Award Winners in the British Property Awards - two years running, in the top 3% of Best Estate Agents throughout the UK and were the TOP Selling Agent in the DE11 Postcode 2019. That said, the reasoning for the request for a price reduction was due to the lack of interest at that time. As you know at the stage of Valuation we provide our figures which relate to the Market Price and the price we would like you to achieve. Your agreed Sale price fell well within the remit of the Valuation provided. This property was not an easy property to get through to Completion and without going into detail there was a significant amount of work put in from the Office in getting the sale successfully through to Completion. If you had been unhappy with the Service Levels provided in March 2019, this could have been relayed to the Team and of course would have been investigated accordingly. We are now over 12-months on with no contact from you other than an e-mail thanking us for all of our help at the time and your request to view a property being sold through ourselves recently.
