I cannot thank them enough for the exceptional service they provided, not only were the 13 viewings promptly arranged but viewing feedback was immediate, resulting in an offer well exceeding the asking price - great communication, excellent opening hours and professional at all times. I would also like to thank Donna Gray who dealt with the Sales Progression, without your attention to detail and excellent follow up calls, we would not have completed within 8 weeks. Absolutely disgraceful response towards me.. Was only contacted them on behalf of landlords to set up a visit for valuation.. Not only should they have called me directly but they sent a text instead asking for me to call them.... When I decided to do that in the end they never answer the phone.. Three different numbers.. When they finally did get through I suggested a window of date & times which was immediately rejected without a compromise.. The woman there was very rude very unproffesional.. Quite frankly a service that's as poor as poor is.. I've clicked one star & that's only because I had to to continue this review..NegativeProfessionalism

My house was on the market with another estate agent for months, with no results, before I decided to change and give Liz and her team a try. Very unproffessional Agents. Lied to me, and later refused to book me a viewing on a selling property, only because I didn't provided a feedback. Also these agents was caught on lie. First they said I will not get viewing because I haven't provided feedback, The next day they say, I will not get viewing because the sellers don't want to show the property for me. Im pretty happy that I haven't started purchase with them. There are many honest and proffessional agents on the market. Sellers beware...NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Appalling attitude, stuck in the 90s style estate agents. Not even good at what they do. Edit** The house in question is still on the market. We sold ours within 24 hours with a great estate agent and also found another house. The attitude in the replies is laughable. Grow up **another edit. I haven’t left a review for anyone else, incorrect. Change the attitude and maybe you won’t get so many bad reviews, you would get more business if you all just lightened up a bit, you don’t always need to be right you just need to be kind and not as abrupt. Your tone on the replies to the reviews needs to change, you are no better than anyone else, you are not the queen and we are not the sorry people. I could’ve bought that house a few times by now oh and sold my house a few times as well.NegativeProfessionalism
