GoogleReally disappointed in our service both me an my partner were buying our first house, both of us really excited and was told how special the moment will be. However the feeling with this estate agent was not enjoyable Liz was rude arrogant and unhelpful me an my partner both felt uncomfortable feeling with her. If it was not for us having the sellers contact details and them being fantastic I would not have brought this house. I would not recommend this estate agent and neither would our sellers from what they told us. We took our passports in for ID the door was opened she took our passports didn't really talk, ask us how we were and then said that was it didn't show us out say bye just let us leave (Only small things but all added up). THen when the house had gone through we were handed the keys at the front door and told to sign and that was it. We had heard of people being given gifts nothing no thank you no good luck. I'd love to know what I did to deserve such poor service. If I could give half a star I would and that was only because of Victoria in the office who was the only person who spoke to me in a courteous manner. I will not be using you again nor will I be recommending I will never forget this experience as was my first house and I would hope others are not treated this way however asking around plenty of people used the same words arrogant obnoxious rude along with others. Disappointed massively I never review anything really but feel I have to because of how let down I feel about the service.

GoogleOur experience was superb until following an offer on our property, which we accepted, our bank reneagued on its mortgage offer to us for our next property so, as we could no longer proceed, we had to pull out of the sale which devastated us and our prospective purchasers, through no fault of our own . To our absolute dismay, Liz Milsom showed absolutely no sympathy and still charged us the FULL agency fee as per the contract pointing out that she had found a purchaser for us who was 'willing and able to proceed' so, we not only lost our new property and our purchasers but over £2000 in fees too. We pleaded with her to help us out but she was having none of it. I would say that Liz Milsom is very professional and does her utmost to sell your property but, beware if anything like happened to us, happens to you, as it will cost you dear.

Lee - firstly, your viewing at Rivoli Drive was not confirmed as you were going to speak with your Wife and call the Office back to confirm a time. You never did this - our calls are recorded. You were at the time of calling offered an alternative date and time but you declined the same. The viewing at Sankey Drive, unfortunately had to be cancelled (after our closing time) due to the Sellers agreeing a sale to an alternative party. I would like to add that this particular property was marketed for 4-months with an alternative Agent and thus at any time you could have viewed with them! Furthermore, your review was made live on the 5 April 2021 - we were not due to attend until the 6 April 2021 to undertake this particular viewing. At no point have you been lied to and out of all of the other 7-viewings booked you are the only one to have not respected our Clients decision! In essence, the property went live on Wednesday you called on Good Friday to arrange the viewing an offer was accepted on Easter Monday by the Sellers in excess of their asking price! We have very happy Clients. I am sorry you feel you this way but our Clients' decision is final. Donna, LMP
