We recently sold our house with Smith and friends. Their service was fantastic all of the staff we dealt with especially Joanne and Rachael always found time to talk to us. It was not an easy sale as our first buyer pulled out at the last minute, the staff then ensured our house was seen and we had another new buyer pretty soon. All of my calls where taken in a professional and friendly manner and no query was too much hassle for them.

The emails that were sent were to make sure the point was not missed, by highlighting it in red wasn’t meant to be make it sound stressful or angry but to make sure points were noted as the vendor was keen to make sure the sale was proceeding. Great service from the initial onboarding to completion. Sale was of our parents house and we were not local so everything was dealt with remotely.Process of viewing notifications was smooth especially as we were not local and Darlington office attended all viewings for us. We sold and bought with the Marton branch of Robinson’s, the service we received was exceptional. Communication was fantastic, We were kept fully informed the whole way, no need for relentless chasing for updates. When our buyer lost their mortgage Robinson’s helped him find another so we didn’t lose the sale or the house we were buying. GoogleI would definitely recommend if you are selling your house to contact Richard and the team at robinsons. The service when selling my house was brilliant. Its the second time I've used robinsons and they have sold both houses within a week. Quick sale above asking price. Andrea and the teams at Ingleby Barwick and Stockton went out if their way to make the process a very smooth one. Sale of parents old property for my mother in law. Arranged to collect paperwork and keys from her home to place on market and after quick sale also arranged to collect keys and assist in meter readings for completion. Good communication throughout. All of the Sales team at the Darlington office have been fantastically supportive throughout the process. Whoever I spoke on the day, was professional, courteous, polite and helpful, and never made me feel burdensome or silly for worrying about things and feeling anxious. Communication levels are excellent and pro-active. I was never left wondering what was happening, and if I was worried, Joy would get on the case and liaise with buyers, solicitors on both sides, and that was massively reassuring. My Mum has been a bag of nerves throughout, so I helped her with the Sale, and the Darlington team were so warm and kind to my Mum, which meant a lot. Thank you.
