TrustpilotIn a league of their own
Can't praise the Hartlepool branch enough, this is the second time I've used their services in as many years. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Unlike many other agents, I never had to chase them for updates and was always kept informed.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them over anyone else.

TrustpilotI can’t fault them
I can’t fault them, the girls I spoke to from the beginning to completion were constantly professional friendly and efficient and upon completion day actually managed to pull together what the solicitors were unable to manage hence ensuring no delay, which would have been the case. I have recommended them since and I know of at least one person who is using them because of that.
Thank you Pam for your 5 star review, it is greatly appreciated. Best WishesMark SmithManaging Director

TrustpilotAmazing agents!
We recently sold our house with Smith & Friends after a disappointing experience with another well known local agent. We can’t express just how great Smith & Friends have been from start to finish. The team at the Stockton branch have been fab! We have, and will continue to recommend to others 😊 thank you!

TrustpilotThe team at the Stockton Office have…
The team at the Stockton Office have been absolutely amazing with me, I was in a very worrying predicament from losing my job and being told from my mortgage company that they would not extend the permission for me to sub-let my property to my tenants, I was devastated that I was potentially going to make a family homeless, I spoke to the office and they were so supportive and even counselled me through my crisis. The girls in the office helped me find an investor to buy my property and keep the tenants, I can’t thank them enough for their help and support and I highly recommend them for their professionalism, quality and care.
Thank you Sarah for your lovely review of our Stockton team. They will be delighted to read your kind words.Best WishesMark
