Highly recommend - 5 STAR! Avi, Sumit and their colleagues were very professional. They listened to my requirements and gave excellent suggestions of properties to let in the area. Maple Estate was attentive and responded to communication quickly via email and phone. I would highly recommend them for their excellent service, quick response and great communication during the week and weekends. They made my family feel welcome when meeting in person and we’re able to fit viewings in immediately after signing up. From start to finish, it took under 1 week to find the best property that met my requirements. They were exceptional and really helped the whole process along. Thank you for helping us find our new home. It is a easy commute to work and my daughters school.

I took a property from Maple, the staff is amazing, very helpful and ready to show each property from them website just to make sure you are comfortable with them. Disgraceful experience with this agency . saying “Unprofessional” is treating them well enough. - agent visiting the house without advice 24h as per contract required - not a clear inventory checked since the very beginning - having maintenance was nearly impossible - is not clear what they are actually doing of their job rather than charging you at the end of your tenancy . Again AVOID those scammers. Ps : my deposit would have been lost if wasn’t for my former landlord that despite paying an agency had to rescue me in the end. I would have ask them to give me a STAR back instead leaving even one for the review.

Once the landlord accepted our offer (Tuesday), Avi facilitated a smooth processing of our documents, and we were able to move in on Saturday. Nothing was missed and we have proper documentation of the state of the property.
