Absolute Nightmare, Avoid at All Costs! I had the misfortune of dealing with this agency for two years, and it was hands down the most stressful experience of my life. Deceptive Tactics: They put immense pressure on you to sign the Tenancy Agreement via relentless emails and calls before you’ve even stepped foot in the property. Once you sign, their "friendly" facade disappears instantly. Zero Accountability: Getting basic necessities like keys, parking remotes, or permits was a constant battle. I paid for a parking space for an entire year before I was actually able to use it, despite dozens of emails and calls that were ignored. Deposit Issues: Now that I've moved out, they are refusing to return my deposit without any valid reason. They have gone completely silent, ignoring all emails and calls. Legal Action: I have already filed a formal complaint. It’s clear they delay deposit returns to benefit from the interest, but I have documented evidence for every single one of their failings. This isn't just a "bad agency"; they are unprofessional, predatory, and operate as a coordinated group to ignore tenant rights. Save yourself the mental health struggle and STAY AWAY.

Extremely disappointing experience with Maple Estate Agents. This has been one of the worst services I have ever received from an estate agency. Communication has been very poor and my formal complaint regarding issues at the property has been completely ignored despite multiple emails. I was left to deal with an unresolved electricity dispute directly with the landlord and received no support from the agency, even though the tenancy was arranged through them. Professional assistance and proper guidance were expected but unfortunately not provided. Overall, the lack of response, accountability, and support has made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend Maple Estate Agents based on my experience.

Maple Estate Agents were absolutely amazing! Manish the owner made the renting and finally selling process so painless from Canada. He is articulate, knowledgeable and professional. Olga was also great at helping with all the closing admin items. Summit and Sunny were awesome to respond all matters dealing with tenants. ❌❌❌TOP ALERT: This is a very tricky agent, you must be very very careful and self-protected. Don’t trust what they said even what they promised you by emails. They have a lot of ways how to take advantage of you and your money. They manipulated us to pay deposit fee and rent first even after we requested to show Tenancy Agreement. They didn’t even care or mind they have broken the Tenant Fees Act 2019 which took effect on 7 years ago. You can see how dangerous this agent is if you are dealing with them. They also made us to pay them “reservation fee” for letting the property when the landlords of the property didn’t even officially sign any management agreement with the agent yet. And when the agent manager Sumit Sharma told me he will sign the Tenancy agreement on behalf of landlords but couldn’t provide any prove from landlords. So we finally immediately sensed we were trapped and didn’t want to deal with this kind of tricky agent anymore, so we claimed Refund. Unfortunately, the total amount of £6030 we paid still in their account and they have been taking our money for over 20 days but still no refund. I hope you can be lucky and not to handle this untrustful agent in the whole life. ⛔️
