GoogleFrom viewing until moving-in day everything was smooth and efficient with little time wasted. Once we moved in, Avi and Roxana were around to help facilitate any changes or jobs that needed sorting and Roxana kept in constant communication with us with the progress. GoogleI had a disappointing experience with this estate agency. I lived in a studio flat for 1.5 years, and throughout my stay, the agents were unresponsive and unhelpful with any issues I raised. When I needed to move out, I recommended the property to a friend who was interested in taking it over. However, the agents were uncooperative, and even though the owner offered the same rent I was paying, the agents quoted a higher amount. If you're considering renting through this agency, please be cautious. Make sure to take detailed photos of everything in the property, including the walls, doors, handles, kitchen, washing machine, and refrigerator, to avoid any issues later.

Yes we take detailed pictures of the property and fixtures to protect the tenant and the landlord

Specially for Alona and Avi because They helped me to get the formalities done very quickly, as I was really in need, the Maneger and the staff are excellent they try to help the way they can if any one is interested in buying and renting the property, I decided to rent from Maple agency because my friend also renting from Maple and they says they attend very quickly if there are any maintenance issues they get it sorted out as soon as possible. GoogleWorst experience had in 9 years living in UK. They are having communication issues inside of the agency, even though I did send them an email with notice and an exact date when we will vacate the property, we moved abroad a while ago and keep receiving monthly messages that we have to pay our rent. I made many phone calls and discussed the issue, but nothing was solved. No point to say we had so many similar issues in the past 4 years…never paid the rent late or with any delays, but I always received messages and emails that we didn’t pay it on time. Low quality services!
