They are very caring and responsible on finding properties and deal with utmost responsibility and sympathy.when I was there it was very difficult to find properties. I was with my family and little daughter they helped me finding and getting into new house within two three days. I had a disappointing experience with this estate agency. I lived in a studio flat for 1.5 years, and throughout my stay, the agents were unresponsive and unhelpful with any issues I raised. When I needed to move out, I recommended the property to a friend who was interested in taking it over. However, the agents were uncooperative, and even though the owner offered the same rent I was paying, the agents quoted a higher amount. If you're considering renting through this agency, please be cautious. Make sure to take detailed photos of everything in the property, including the walls, doors, handles, kitchen, washing machine, and refrigerator, to avoid any issues later.

Worst experience had in 9 years living in UK. They are having communication issues inside of the agency, even though I did send them an email with notice and an exact date when we will vacate the property, we moved abroad a while ago and keep receiving monthly messages that we have to pay our rent. I made many phone calls and discussed the issue, but nothing was solved. No point to say we had so many similar issues in the past 4 years…never paid the rent late or with any delays, but I always received messages and emails that we didn’t pay it on time. Low quality services!

We stay in a house (wellesley) let by Maple estates & letting agents. It is with great regret we are leaving this review, in a hope that someone else would be aware what mentally exhausting bad neighbours could be. We have a passive aggressive neighbour(s) in other flat who created too many issues right from our moving day. We raised our issues from 1st month of moving in with Maple estates. We are unsure if they ever would be able to help us, as no actions were taken. Neighbour(s) apart from making derogatory comments every time crossing paths, entering our private kitchen without our permission, sweeping dirts under our doors, walking in lingerie in the common space corridors, switching off WiFi and if we switch it back on- disconnecting the cables. It was exhausting mentally and physically, my wife was scared to stay alone. After tirelessly complaining and not an ounce of action or talks taking place, we have decided to leave this hell with a great lesson - beware who your neighbours are! With only 2 weeks left, we have decided to leave this review with only one notion, we would have had 8months of peace had someone warned us. Thank you.

Be Careful of this letting agents, they are only in the letting sector to hold your deposit, they did not return my holding deposit and I have also spoken to other tenant who dealt with this letting, the other tenant also did not get their full deposit after they left the property. There are few other letting Agents like this one, so be careful. Whoever, will have this issue please contact the Trading Standard and the Scheme under which this letting agents is registered Please be grateful you got 1 star, otherwise this letting agents like this, did not deserve any.

Maple Estate was attentive and responded to communication quickly via email and phone. I would highly recommend them for their excellent service, quick response and great communication during the week and weekends. They made my family feel welcome when meeting in person and we’re able to fit viewings in immediately after signing up. From start to finish, it took under 1 week to find the best property that met my requirements. They were exceptional and really helped the whole process along. Thank you for helping us find our new home. It is a easy commute to work and my daughters school.
