GoogleI took a property from Maple, the staff is amazing, very helpful and ready to show each property from them website just to make sure you are comfortable with them. Patricia is new agent but she was so nice with us and she tried to make sure we have all the documents for our file and her reply was very quick for each email.

GoogleDisgraceful experience with this agency . saying βUnprofessionalβ is treating them well enough. - agent visiting the house without advice 24h as per contract required - not a clear inventory checked since the very beginning - having maintenance was nearly impossible - is not clear what they are actually doing of their job rather than charging you at the end of your tenancy . Again AVOID those scammers. Ps : my deposit would have been lost if wasnβt for my former landlord that despite paying an agency had to rescue me in the end. I would have ask them to give me a STAR back instead leaving even one for the review.

GoogleWe were able to move into our new rental within a week of the viewing. Once the landlord accepted our offer (Tuesday), Avi facilitated a smooth processing of our documents, and we were able to move in on Saturday. Nothing was missed and we have proper documentation of the state of the property. We hope this is a preview of the future of our relationship with Maple Estate which is already looking better compared to our previous letting agent.

GoogleI had a great experience working with Maple Lettings team in Harrow, particularly with Avi & Sumit. They have been very professional and responsive in helping us find a property we like. They worked with the landlord in addressing our concerns and got the agreement done in time. They did a great job in balancing the interests of landlord and the tenant. Overall we are very pleased with our experience and have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleIf I could I will not put any start, my experience will the agency is shocking. The are so rude. The are unprofessional and the are layers. The are braking the law. I'm so happy that I have finished with them. I was hanging with them because when I move to place I think that is my home forever but not with this agency. Good luck to anyone who is decided to sign the agreement.
Thank you for sharing your experience, unfortunately landlords do occasionally request rent increases due to inflationary factors. It is a little unfair to blame letting agents for general economic conditions
