This is not India - I enquired about a flat to buy and the agent over the call started like an interrogation. When I asked why he is asking these unnecessary questions, he said “this is not India”. He was totally faking the accent. When O objected he disconnected the call and never told my name. Later, Sumit (Manager) assured me to get back after an enquiry but never responded. Even after a few chasers. I will wait for another week else a Legal Notice is on the way.

Absolute Nightmare, Avoid at All Costs! I had the misfortune of dealing with this agency for two years, and it was hands down the most stressful experience of my life. Deceptive Tactics: They put immense pressure on you to sign the Tenancy Agreement via relentless emails and calls before you’ve even stepped foot in the property. Once you sign, their "friendly" facade disappears instantly. Zero Accountability: Getting basic necessities like keys, parking remotes, or permits was a constant battle. I paid for a parking space for an entire year before I was actually able to use it, despite dozens of emails and calls that were ignored. Deposit Issues: Now that I've moved out, they are refusing to return my deposit without any valid reason. They have gone completely silent, ignoring all emails and calls. Legal Action: I have already filed a formal complaint. It’s clear they delay deposit returns to benefit from the interest, but I have documented evidence for every single one of their failings. This isn't just a "bad agency"; they are unprofessional, predatory, and operate as a coordinated group to ignore tenant rights. Save yourself the mental health struggle and STAY AWAY.

Extremely disappointing experience with Maple Estate Agents. This has been one of the worst services I have ever received from an estate agency. Communication has been very poor and my formal complaint regarding issues at the property has been completely ignored despite multiple emails. I was left to deal with an unresolved electricity dispute directly with the landlord and received no support from the agency, even though the tenancy was arranged through them. Professional assistance and proper guidance were expected but unfortunately not provided. Overall, the lack of response, accountability, and support has made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend Maple Estate Agents based on my experience.

I had come across a flat in an area that I really liked so I got a viewing booked in straight away. Just a few days prior to the viewing, I decided to ring the agency to inquire about council tax etc and was kindly tended to by Rinor Ahmeti. On the day of the viewing, the original agent I was scheduled to meet had to sort out another matter, so Rinor stepped in for him. Having spoken to me over the phone before, he was extremely friendly throughout the viewing and I put in an offer after we wrapped up. Since then, he'd been my point of contact for all things related to the property up until the check-in day. He's very responsive and ready to assist with any issues that come up. Absolutely the worst estate agent I've ever dealt with. I wish I could give them less than one star. They lure you in with sweet talk at the start, then proceed to fleece you and snatch money from your deposit without remorse. Avoid this agent like the plague, along with any properties they manage on Manor Waye, Uxbridge. The landlady is nothing short of mentally unstable and greedy, and Summit and his team at the estate agency make your life a living hell with their incessant emails and calls, pestering you for rent increases every three months. The property was initially managed by the landlord, who was decent, but unfortunately, after his passing, the landlady took over. She hired this estate agent, who proved to be extremely unprofessional and deceitful. They inundate you with emails about rent hikes every 3 months, disregarding any agreements laid out in the tenancy agreement, yet conveniently vanish into thin air when you require urgent answers or repairs. I had no option but to leave the property due to the landlady and estate agent's toxic attitude and insatiable greed. Upon moving in, the room was in dire need of a fresh coat of paint, a task conveniently neglected both before and after my arrival. Now, they have the audacity to demand that I pay for the paint. Currently entangled in a bitter dispute over my deposit, as they demand I repaint the room and rebuild the toilet after three years of neglect and zero maintenance from the landlord. Adding insult to injury, they expect me to install a new radiator, which was already rusty upon my arrival, and renovate their illegal toilet, precariously tucked under the stairs in a space barely two meters long, with no council approval. Furthermore, the property isn't even HMO approved, violating basic safety regulations. In conclusion, I implore you: avoid this estate agent and landlady like the plague. I will ensure that everyone within my circle knows about their despicable practices. Writing all this in the hope that it might save someone else's money and time
