GoogleUnprofessional and deeply dishonest. What looks like a legitimate agency is, in practice, a mess of excuses, deflection, and bad faith. Promises made, responsibilities dodged, and the truth bent whenever it suited them. This isn’t just incompetence but also it’s behaviour. Proceed with caution, or better yet, don’t proceed at all.

GoogleI would like to thank the duo team Jason & Sumit for helping us out throughout the letting process in a very short time. We are very grateful to Sumit acting as a saviour for going an extra mile out of the box for moving us into the property before we ran out of time by quickening up the process and making us safe. I would highly recommend to all my connections and others to go with Maple Estate for their future letting. Thank you Team Maple 🍁❤️🤗.

GoogleMaple Estate Agents were absolutely amazing! Manish the owner made the renting and finally selling process so painless from Canada. He is articulate, knowledgeable and professional. Olga was also great at helping with all the closing admin items. Summit and Sunny were awesome to respond all matters dealing with tenants. As a first time landlord decision in 2016 they were not only patient with all our curious questions and requests -- they walked us through the process start to finish and made sure we understood everything that was happening. We would absolutely recommend them! They make the A team. Thank you.
