GoogleWe used Major Estates to secure a mortgage and we found them very helpful. We liaised mostly with Dinesh who is very experienced. Throughout the time we were looking for a property, they were on hand to provide advice and write letters to estate agents for us. They gave us good logical advice and we're friendly but professional. We received a mortgage offer within 10 working days of the application which is amazing for covid times.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleTop Service from Major Estate for our re-mortgage once again. Dinesh Bhai and Sankit always go above and beyond with advice and customer service. I have also bought other financial products from Bhagu Bhai, again he was very good in advising and very helpful going above and beyond. Always a pleasure doing business with Major Estates, Highly recommended.

GoogleMajor Estates provides me with a fully comprehensive service. All the staff are professional and friendly. The lettings team have complete management of my property, they have always achieved excellent rates, established good relationships between landlords and tenents. They have assisted me in finding the right contractors to repair ongoing problems caused by general maintance issues. I've never had to worry about being either a landlord, tenent or seller, all the hasel of papers, invoices, agreements, updates in the law and payments have been conveniently prepared and stored for me. The mortgage and insurance team, again have taken care of all my finance issues. The team have worked incredibly efficiently and provided me with sound, honest advice. I've used other estate agents in the past and know that once they receive their fees the service stops. Please use them either as a landlord or tenent, they really will try to keep your custom. It's a great service.......5 star.

GoogleI got an Expat mortgage done with Dinesh at Major estates and I was extremely pleased with the manner in which they dealt with my case successfully. Naliny and Sanket who work at Major services are prompt and compliment the other efficient staff who all work at this place. Good efficient communication was a strong point considering I live in India and my property was in the UK and apart from one visit to the UK all the rest was sone via email and fax. Mr Dias, India

GoogleIn all my years of dealing with Estate agents I have never come across one that provides the excellent level of service that Major Estates provided. Nish, the Sales Manager, dealt with the sale of my property in a very difficult market and he was committed and dedicated throughout in finding me a buyer. The whole experience with them from beginning to end was professional and their responsiveness was second to none. He went the extra mile on many an occasion that was beyond his call of duty. I cannot recommend them highly enough, absolutely brilliant.

Googlewould not recommend Major Estates to anyone as they are a firm of unproffessionals who will put your lives at risk by sending tradesmen which are not corgi registred and not qualified to carry out works. All they are interested in is your money and ripping you off they are unhelpful my advise to anyone dont use them 3

GoogleI was introduced to Sandip Tamakuwala letting manager by a friend. He gave me a super service and was fast and extremely efficient. I had a tenant in my property in approximately 9 days. He did a great job and was very knowledgeable. Can not fault him in any way 10 out of 10. Keep it up Sandip.

GoogleUsed Major Estates to buy a property and I have to say it was one of the best agents we have used to buy a property. The sales manager Amit even showed us the property on a Sunday and within 5 weeks the deal was completed. Answered all enquiries very quickly and was a great liaison between myself and the vendor. Highly recommended. Thanks a million I StPositiveProfessionalism

GoogleBeing a small-time property investor, I have done many mortgages with Major Estates but never had a chance to buy an actual property from them. A property came up for sale with Majors and after a professionally conducted viewing I put in an offer and soon to my delight agreed a price which was best for me and the seller. I have purchased property before and all other agents really do after the offer is agreed is to demand answers and try to hurry you along without fully understanding the legal process. The gentleman heading up the Sales Team named Nish understood the process fully and rather than hurrying us along he added value to the process. Nish regularly got in contact with all stakeholders and sent out regular updates so we all knew where we stood. He basically project managed the entire process and rather than demanding updates from me, he was the one giving me updates!! Would definitely recommend these guys if you are selling or buying. They will definitely ease the process and probably save you time and stress.

GoogleNish (the sales manager) at Majors provided an excellent service for the sale of my property. He kept me well informed throughout the process and communication was quick and efficient which meant the sale was completed on time despite a few last minute issues with the buyers solicitor. The service from Dinesh (mortgage broker) was also exceptional- he also went out of his way to help sort any queries raised by the buyer’s lender. Thoroughly impressed with this estate agent and would definitely recommend them.

GoogleWorking with Sandip and Major Estates has been very efficient. I am a first-time landlord and Sandip found me tenants very quickly and made the process very smooth. It has been very low-touch for me which is exactly what I wanted. Letting out my flat could have been a stressful experience but it was quite the opposite! Looking forward to a long-term relationship with Major Estates

GoogleMy family and I have used Major Estates for all of our mortgage needs for the past 20years. Our dealings initially started with Dinesh and now more recently with Mehul & Minesh, as well the rest of the team. We have always received a great service and been well educated to which product is the best fit for us and therefore never been rejected or had any problems when applying for a mortgage. I would highly recommend Major Estates

GoogleLet’s shine a spotlight on Mehul, a very diligent, professional, talented, polite, willing and an extremely knowledgeable broker in part of very friendly and helpful Team at Major Estates. I was offered a range of products with best advice and options. I spent little time describing my needs and I was amazed at the results and speed of response. I can proudly state that I have had 2 massive successes with a third in pipeline and many more to come. Thank you for impeccable service.

GoogleHorrible experience, one of the agent said he has 15 years experience in this major real state but I give 0 star to his service , he was rude ,totally unprofessional and unpolite to us , your experience is big fat "zero " if your service is poor, I do not recommend anybody to visit this real state for buying or renting your property,,,
