GoogleWe have had rental properties with Major Estates since 2001, they manage all our properties and we have found them to be extremely efficient & professional in all matters. Payments are timely and tenancy agreements completed quickly. We have also found their mortgage services and advisors to be excellent. I have no problems in recommending their services.

GoogleI would not recommend Major Estates to anyone as they are a firm of unproffessionals who will put your lives at risk by sending tradesmen which are not corgi registred and not qualified to carry out works. All they are interested in is your money and ripping you off they are unhelpful my advise to anyone dont use them

GoogleI would not recommend you this agency as they left us for 3 months with a broken boiler on winter time. No hot water or anything after calling them every day to tell them the problem. They are the rudest people I've met since I came in the UK.NegativeQuality

GoogleHorrible experience, Agents and managers don't communicate properly and promise the apartment before checking properly. Do not recommend at all.

Hi, we take any customer feedback seriously and would appreciate it if you would contact the Office Manager at Major Estates with more information as we have no record or recollection of you. It maybe that you have got us mixed up with another company of a similar name. If you contact us we will for sure look into the matter. Thanks

GoogleI would thoroughly recommend Major Estates. Banks may not lend, but Major Estates can! They have the expertise to get you the highest LTV at the best possible rates. Far better than any bank. Staff are also very friendly and reassuring to make the process as stress free as possible.
