Absolutely fantastic experience with Dineshbhai as our mortgage adviser! Right from the very beginning, Dineshbhai was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so much easier for us. He was very clear and professional, always explaining things in a way we could understand. What really stood out was how he & his colleague Sushmaben kept in touch throughout the process, checking in with us regularly just to see how we were going and if we had any questions or concerns. That personal touch meant a lot and made us feel really supported from start to finish. I don't know why but, I feel they are just waste of time. they show house to about 30 people. then they call for interview with the owner. Owner is least interested in talking and decides just by looking at you if you can afford to pay the rent. Decision takes forever and meanwhile if we follow up. Once, very interested to reply guy (Anil Ranakoti) turns to a not interested to talk and reply guy. when called to know the status says ' you don't have to call, if you are selected you will get to know' I am serving notice to my current landlord, i can't let you take your own sweet time to reply.

Major Estate : Just Excellent I have been dealing with Major Estate from last two years and everyone I spoken with was able to offer sound advice & very welcoming. We literally sold our two bed home to buy three bed house but it was Major Estate Agents who advised us to keep old one and go for new one with Buy To Let. Initially it was scary but Major Estate made it so hassle free and the process was so smooth. We can very proudly say that because of them only we are not only owning two home at present but in reality having extra income as well. Staff are so courteous with fantastic knowledge for every one of your query. I have never felt that my phone calls and questions have been a bother to anyone at Major Estate. I have recently let a property via Major Estates and have been very impressed with the service that Aman has provided. I already knew that the company were reputable as a family member has been using them for some time but our situation was more complex so I was keen to see how they would perform. Our previous tenant had been in the property for 13 years and unfortunately the place had been left in a sorry state. Not only was Aman able to get the property rented out within days he also managed to organise workman to get the property to an excellent standard before the new tenants moved in. Each time I have asked for tradesman Aman has been an excellent at ensuring things are dealt with, advising me each step of the way. I can wholeheartedly recommend Major Estates and Aman in particular.

He was without doubt the kindest and most knowledgable person I met in the process of buying a property. Efficient, timely and very well priced for their service. Family run business, the customer service you get is superb. They managed to get the best mortgage rate after having gone to around 6 other brokers before being recommended them, I wish I knew about Major Estates first! Sushma was great at keeping in contact before the rates increased. Dinesh was excellent at explaining the mortgage offer prior to me agreeing to it, I really needed this as I'm a first time buyer with little experience in this field. My wife was looking for a trusted and reliable estate agent in order to let a property in London. One of our close family friends recommended Major Estates agents and spoke very highly of them and informed us that many in our friends circle were already very happy with the service they provided. So, we decided to test the water by letting one property through them in June 2015. We were immediately very impressed by their service provided. Sandip was exceptional in his dedication to ensure that the property was let to professional tenants, he spared no effort to ensure that any repair works were carried out promptly and that the tenant had a comfortable stay and that there was a win-win-win situation for all three parties involved, namely the landlord, the tenant and the estate agents. We have been in the property business since 2001, but both me and my wife have never seen a more dedicated and hardworking person than Sandip. We both have developed a total trust in the professional recommendations made by Sandip and also in the day to day management and services of the tenancy and property. In Mar & May 2017 respectively, we transferred the letting and full management of two additional properties in London over to the care of Major Estates. Sandip did a brilliant job of contracting builders to do a great turnaround job to make them lettable, and secured really good tenants for us. In Feb 2018, we transferred a fourth property over to their care, and are receiving the same care and devotion that Sandip has always given us. We trust Sandip completely and this is really good for us as we live 1.5 hours drive away from London. We wholeheartedly recommend Major Estates agents in Harrow to all our friends and to anyone else who is looking for a professional and friendly letting service in London.
