GoogleI would highly recommend Major Estates. They are thoroughly professional with their work and very helpful too. We had my mortgage sorted out with them and Dineshbhai managed to get us the best rates in the market. Dineshbhai is highly professional with his work and an extremely nice as a person as well. He would go out of his way to help you with your problems. I can't thank him enough.

GoogleThis agency does not work professionally, but tries to play dirty just to extract some money from those who want to rent. I had a very bad experience with Sandip, who the day before signing the contract increased the rent, telling me dat the landlord is the one who asked for rent increase and they don't want to give me back the deposit for a week that i gave. . This is inadmissible and it shows that the agency is not reliable. Be careful those who want to use this agency becausr this is a very dirty tactic.

GoogleWorst service I have used. They sent me a viewing appointment, I confirmed it and arrived on time to discover that they cancelled it without even notifying me. They didnt call or email and wasted my time and efforts. Will avoid anything with their name on it from now on.

GoogleToo much rude behaviour for students even we accept all terms and conditions also have all the required documents and all. Ready to pay the rents in advance but still they talked in very rude manner to us and said directly no even they haven’t taken our contact details.

GoogleThey haven’t sense how to welcome people in their office and also they haven’t sense about how to give a costumer service. Genuinely behaviour is very rudely who is sitting in front with wearing a suit he has no sense to talk with a person. Terrible attitude.

GoogleHorrible people to deal with, they are uncommunicative and unpleasant to deal with. At the end of the tenancy they made it difficult to get my deposit back despite flat being cleaned when i left. I would strongly avoid this estate agent

GoogleI have used no one else other than Major Estates for the last 8 years to obtain a number of BTL mortgages and have always found them to be extremely helpful and their advice to be excellent. Recently, I used their sales team and in particular, Amit, who was fantastic, to sell a 2 bedroom flat in the L B Harrow. Amit ensured that the whole process from start to finish ran smoothly. GoogleI have known Dinesh in Majors from last thirty odd years. In those 30 odd years I have arranged mortgage and re-mortgage via Dinesh atleast over 20 times. I can challange anyone to get a better financial adviser and a mortgage broker than Dinesh. Very calm, serene personality. They have excellent staff and two that come to my mind immediately, when I think of Majors, are Nalini and Sushma. My gut feelings tells me that with more female staff in letting they can surpass anyone’s expectation. Long live Majors.
