GoogleI have had good experience with letting my properties with Major Estates of Harrow. On purchasing a property from them and the after sale service was excellent. The Mortgage advise for both my daughter and I was very good and they helped me through the process. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend Majors.

GoogleDidn’t turn up to a viewing. I called the office and the person that answered was the one that had booked the viewing in the first place and sent the confirmation email - he asked who had booked it in and it was him! No care or apology for my time being wasted. Wouldn’t be happy if it was my flat they were selling - poor systems and communication would only delay a sale and annoy potential buyers.

GoogleAWFUL AWFUL company. STAY AWAY - They are the most unprofessional estate agents around. They do not CARE about any of their customers, greedy for money. If you want your property to be left in a state, not be paid rent on time, then go ahead. I would avoid them with a bargepole! GoogleI was recommended by a friend, so I went to see them. The service provided was good and I chose to use them to obtain a mortgage. The mortgage took over 6 months due to complications. However the support and excellent service received was just brilliant, always there happy to help. I would definitely recommend to use Major Estate for anything regarding property investment.

GoogleUpon successfully acquiring a BTL mortgage through the Finance & Mortgage division of Major Estate Agents, I was put in touch with Sandip Tamakuwala of their Sales and Lettings division. He proved to be very professional is his dealings with me. I showed him the studio we had invested in and with true diligence he compiled an attractive advert with admirable pictures and write-up that went live on numerous online property websites. He found us a tenant, did the checks and all the paper work and also managed to move-in the tenant within a few days. As a satisfied client, I would highly recommend their services.
