GoogleNothing but praise for Major Estates. Min was so helpful, answered all my questions at all times, showed and explained offers to me, and gave me tonnes of useful advice. We managed to complete the process very quickly, and I will definitely use Major Estates in the future.

GoogleI do not often leave reviews but have to say Major estates have done an excellent job for us. We used their mortgage services and Dinesh was very knowledgeable around the different options available to us. We had previously used a high street agent and the level of service was appalling as you are just another number for them. Amit the sales manager provided the best service always available and ensuring we were kept up to date and doing his all to chase the sale through to completion. After a long 5 month process I can truly say that Major estates are one of the best around, I know Major estates will get the job done if selling Again so would highly recommend! Thanks for all the hard work out in guys, much appreciated!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMajor Estates is a lovely independent family run business. I used their mortgage broker service, and Minesh was amazing. He worked really hard, was super responsive and got me a great mortgage deal. He also advised me on the buying process as a first time buyer and was happy to try and resolve any issues I had, even when it wasn't to do with him. Finally, on moving, Major Estates gave me a lovely hamper as a house warming gift. It was really nice quality and not expected. I would use them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI had a wonderful experience dealing with Major Estates. Special shout out to Amit who showed us around a many properties and worked tirelessly to ensure I found a property. Even though the process wasn’t easy, he was extremely helpful. I’ll definitely recommend getting in contact with Amit at Majors because he’s genuinely a good agent who will ensure you get an incredible property.

GoogleDealing with Major has been an absolute joy! It’s a one stop shop for everything property related! From seeing a house, to completing a purchase and selling a property within eight weeks - I’m sure not many agents could boast delivery of such service. We bought thru them, sold through them and even got our mortgage thru them. They tick every box. We were kept informed by Amit at every point through the journey of buying and selling. They provided us with details of a lawyer. She was exemplary in her conduct - Dilpa. Dinesh was professional in his approach to arranging finance and precise with every detail. A huge thank you Atul for arranging for us to see the house in the first place to make this happen. Thank you Major for making it so stress free!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI was recommended Major Estates and Mr Dinesh by a friend for my mortgage requirements. After having spoken to a cpl of other advisors, I decided to give Dinesh a try. On my first call he insisted I visit his office. That experience closed the deal - the result was not just excellent financial advice but strong friendship beyond. Very professional workplace and staff, Dinesh was patient with us - helping us choose the right product, after sales was excellent with his staff following up till we got the final offer letter. Very transparent, efficient and friendly.

GoogleIt started off pretty but unfortunately it ended badly and i cannot recommend them. I have dealt with Atul throughout the transaction and he confirmed things that he didnt have any knowledge off. We were buying one bedroom ground floor flat with a driveway. Atul confirmed on two occassions that drieway belongs to the flat. Just before the completion we have found out that that driveway doesn't belong to the our flat but flat upstairs that made the transaction fall through. We have lost certain amount of money however most importantly we wasted 4 months of our time.

GoogleWe came to Major Estate through family, as being first time buyers it was important for us to have a knowledgeable advisor. We were not disappointed - Mehul was brilliant! He was very efficient and above all patient with our 101 questions! The care and attention provided to make sure we received the most value for our money was beyond expectations. They even provided a celebratory hamper which was a total surprise and such a thoughtful gesture! Overall, we will be using Major Estates services in the future and highly recommend them! -Kavita & Hugo

GoogleMajor Estates went above and beyond for us to ensure we were happy with our mortgage product. We had lots of hurdles along the way, Dineshbhai and Sanketbhai were an amazing help and made everything very easy for us. Would definitely recommend Major Estates if you are looking for a mortgage broker.

GoogleI can honestly recommend Major Estates. They helped me a lot to get a mortgage. Nalini and Dinesh were the main people dealing with my mortgage application. I wouldn’t need to chase them up. Nalini would work hard behind the scenes and would keep me uodated and sort out any problems. If there were any problems, they seemed equally genuinely frustrated and helped to sort things out for me. Buying a home can be a stressful experience! Having these guys on your team will make things less stressful.

GoogleI have been using property related services from Majors estate since 2001. I must say Dinesh and his staff have been excellent and very professional in providing mortgages, sell and rental related services. Dinesh is one of the main pillar for our property related success. His advise has been very valuable and we are very thankful to him for giving us right guidance. He is always eager to help clients and goes out of the way to do so. Which is quite unique. Thank you Majors for being always there for me.

GoogleAmit Khagram at Major Estates helped us with the sale of our property with the upmost professionalism. We needed somebody we could trust and rely on, especially as our family were emigrating and didn't want any nasty surprises. I couldn't recommend these guys high enough, particularly Amit who helped us every step of the way.

GoogleA very friendly, comfortable and professional process is what I found here for renting my new property. The house was listed by 4 agencies, but it was easiest to get through Major states and they responded with half hour. Mr. Sandip made it all very simple , got d viewing ready on d day itself. Helped in rental negotiation and I finalised house in 1 days time. Great customer service and satisfaction. Would recommend anyone. Thankyou Sandip bhai.

GoogleI recently purchased a new build flat as an investment with my wife and came across Major Estates on the high street just around the corner from my new flat. I popped into their shop and explained I needed a mortgage offer within 28 days as these were the conditions of my contract. Major Estates conducted the approval of my mortgage in just 3 weeks. They provided a professional service and kept us updated every step of the way. Dinesh is the main mortgage advisor at Major Estates and he has many years of experience so soon after visiting them we knew we were in good hands. As we were happy with the mortgage service they provided we decided to market the flat for Rental with them along with 2 other agents. Major Estates had booked many viewings and had obtained many rental offers from prospective tenants far earlier than the other agents. In the end Major Estates were able to find a professional tenant who is paying a little above what the local market rent is. The letting is headed up by an experienced member of staff named Sandip. He orchestrated the whole letting process perfectly and made sure everything was documented and no stone was left unturned. All in all we enjoyed the service and will use them again. Since our good experience I have recommended Majors Estates to a friend and a cousin and so far I’m only hearing good things.

I would definitely recommend Major estates. Thank you Amit!PositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have recommended Minesh and his firm to all that ask; working in the industry, I cannot speak highly enough of his invaluable help, knowledge and perseverance to deliver for his clients. There are few better in the industry- if there are, I haven’t met them!

GoogleThe worst housing estates ever! They don't accommodate for the tenants for basic issues such as heating or hot water. Extremely unprofessional in communication - they don't fix basic heating issue for over a year and shows no sympathy to … More

GoogleOne of the worst agents I’ve dealt with. Zero communication, no follow-up, and no effort to help. I kept chasing them for updates and got nothing back. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Will report them with the council and ombudsman.
