Recently exchanged contracts on a house advertised through Gibbs Gillespie, our journey hasn't been the smoothest but Luca has always kept us updated with the latest information and chased up relevant third parties when required. I hope the need to do this again is a long way off but when the time comes I would happily use Gibbs Gillespie again.

Our experience of buying a house has not been an easy one. We dealt with various Gibbs branches through our search but thankfully landed on the Gerrards Cross branch on our 3rd attempt! James was extremely helpful and accommodating, knowing our working hours made it difficult to view properties during the week he arranged a late afternoon appointment that could work for us. He was open, transparent and helpful. Dominic would regularly check in and offer his support too. Wasted my time this morning, booked a viewing for this morning, confirmed over email. Got a call from the agent this morning to confirm, but at a different time 30 mins earlier, which was fine. I then got a call 5 mins before to inform me he was running late, an inconvenience but not a deal breaker. I then went to the property knocked on the door and the occupier told me he was not informed of the viewing and the agent has not showed up.
