Worst agent for lettings

Worst agent for lettings. As soon as tenants do not pay and cause damage, they want to keep taking their tenant find fee and do nothing in themselves to help with this matter, contrary to their legal obligations. You do not receive support.service when things go wrong, while still paying their fees. Danielle is often very unhelpful and refuses to assist, when she is available. Otherwise expect to fend for yourself as she provides no other contact/does not pass on your matter in her long absences. Nick, one of the directors, is no better, making excuses on her behalf and refusing to investigate the facts I provide. Use any other agent for lettings. Useless for landlords.

Useless liars

Biggest bunch of useless, lying, slimy salesmen I have ever come across.From day one they have been useless, but to give you an example, I am waiting for over £3000 of deposit to be returned to me from my previous tenancy. They told me they have been chasing the landlady weekly and for me not to worry.I get hold of the land lady myself, and she received one email over a month ago…. It’s lucky they are in London where needs far out way service quality….

II have recently sold a property through Gibbs Gillespie and wanted to let you know how helpful Catherine has been. I do not know how I would have got through the whole process without her. She helped me all through the different stages and explained things I did not understand. She even transferred the information onto the correct TA6 form for me as my solicitor had sent me an incorrect one. Catherine always responded either immediately or very shortly afterwards, even at the weekends and no question was too small for her to deal with. She was polite, supportive, and extremely efficient. The estate agents, especially Thomas and Tom, at the Pinner office helped us all the way from viewings to exchange of contracts for our house purchase and they have been a pleasure to work with! Supportive staff throughout the process

We have had a great experience with GG. When we put our house on sale, Sinead was extremely helpful and professional. All the other staff at the Ruislip, including Opinder, Sam and Ian have all been extremely helpful and supportive. Finally Luca has been great at keeping us up to date throughout the process. I am extremely grateful for their advice and guidance which has led to the successful sale of my house. A huge thank you to all the Ruislip staff who have been amazing during every step.

I felt like another customer at Gibbs…

I felt like another customer at Gibbs Gillespie. The estate agent was not too friendly, I was just another customer bidding in his list. His approach when showing me the house was not welcoming as compared to the experience I received from other estate agents. He disappeared once offer was made, didn't explain any of the next steps as a first time buyer. The move manager on the other side only contacted when needing my feedback for her vendor and didn't find the need to keep me updated on what's happening on the vendor's side until I ask. Often she would say that she would get back to me, but then two weeks after she would get back when she had another question to satisfy for the vendor's move. I hope that the feedback would help improve the service with new customers. Overall, no issues with them in the process.

Such a friendly and helpful team

Abraham Oommen and his colleagues, Edyta Pruszynska and Sam Collins at the Northfields branch of Gibbs Gillespie, have been nothing but amazing at supporting us through selling our family home and purchasing our next family home. From the first point of contact they were transparent, communicative and helpful. We did suffer from a slightly drawn out exchange process (owing to solicitors) but Abraham worked tirelessly to keep lines of communications open and helping co-ordinate to finalise exchange. As relatively inexperienced operators in house buying and selling it was reassuring to have Abraham and his team a call/email away to discuss anything from pricing strategies and home buyer surveys to small details around fixtures and fittings.We would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone considering buying or selling.
