Aqib Hamid (lead advisor) and Irene Treveil were helping me to sell my house. The time couldn't have been worse: post-pandemic, 2 wars (Ukraine and Iran) and a Buyer Market really. Early in the year we decided the time was right to move and therefore to sell our house. We invited several estate agents to explain to us how they would do this. It became very clear during these consultations that Tony Brick from Gibbs was the best prepared representative, backing up his claims with clear evidence of what Gibbs were capable of delivering. There was a conditional contract to sell the house, at what we consider to be above market rate, in about 10 days. From that point on Tony and the rest of the team at Gibbs performed above expectation to ensure the proposed move reached a successful conclusion. Our heart felt thanks Tony and team. A fantastic experience from beginning to end. Zahab Jafry made the whole property viewing process easy and stress-free. He is honest, straightforward, does exactly what he says he’s going to do and is first class at following thru. Within 48hrs of taking our instruction, a photographer and room planner was arranged and within 10 days a brochure was produced to the highest standard. It's bad enough having a bad tenant, but then being protected by the letting agency ???

VERY bad experience with, what I thought, was a very good company. The experience with dealing with their branch in pitshanger lane, ealing broadway had been quite ok. But the tenant in my flat seems to have been taken on without doing any checks, taking copies of id, permanent address, or guarantor, to the extent her contract had been renewed a number of times and yet none of this info was taken and checked on. I have had a number of discussions with the latest lettings manager KARAM (who proved to be very helpful in providing numerous bits of information requested by the solicitor), who was unable to provide the latest info because he doesn't have it. How can the lease be renewed without proper checks. THIS is NEGLIGENCE AND CORRUPTION OF THE HIGHEST and should be investigated. This after confidence is gained from me, by the previous lettings manager, of being "A FELLOW LANDLORD", "EMPATHY" and all that just to get the landlord to feel of being treated properly and with respect. IT'S all just ONE BIG LIE !!! I have been with this agency for a very long time……. Almost 10years. Money was taken for a check-in/out report yet none has been produced yet !
