Extremely poor experience with Foxtons. We were left without proper cooking facilities for 25 days, which had a major impact on our daily life and forced us to spend extra money on food. A functioning cooker is a basic part of any home, yet this was not handled with the urgency it deserved.

I've been fortunate that since Ariana has taken over as the lettings manager things have been as smooth as silk. Businesses are made by the people who work there and since she joined things have been terrific. Responsive and proactive, and making a real difference.

GoogleExtremely poor service. Takes a long time for anyone to answer the phone and when they do, they don’t seem to have a clue what’s going on. Was looking to put my flat up for sale - due to have a valuation with Derek but received a call the day before saying he doesn’t need to visit as has seen in the last year (which in actual fact he hadn’t) and the same thing happened earlier in March. Was due to instead receive a phone call from him at the time of valuation, never heard from him despite calling the office to chase this up and no one else knew where he was either. Among the least pro-active estate agents I have ever met, extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

GoogleAntonio at Foxtons in Stanmore was pleasant, educated, and efficient, and he was able to understand my demands when I was looking for a new home. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. He took the time to help me right away after properly understanding my need. He showed me three homes in Stanmore that were all evidently well chosen and represented a decent variety of new construction. I have no hesitation in recommending him!

I had a fantastic experience with Foxtons. Despite a challenging market, they secured a buyer for our property within just two weeks of listing. The team was highly organised, professional, and, most importantly, extremely responsive. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and approachable, which gave me real peace of mind throughout the process. When you’re under pressure to sell and move things forward, that level of support and responsiveness makes all the difference. I would highly recommend Foxtons.

I contacted ONE agent for a specific property viewing, and it has turned into a total nightmare. I am being hounded by at least FOUR different colleagues from this branch. The frequency is beyond unprofessional, I just received 2 calls in the span of 5 minutes.

As a landlord (don't hate me!) paying for a managed service, they tried to charge me £90 + vat to fix a meter door with two cable ties. This is typical, and I have to chase them repeatedly for everything. My tenants and I deserve better.

GoogleArranged a viewing with Ana to go and see a flat in Stanmore. I drove to the flat during my work day on time and was waiting for around 15 minutes. I called her a few times to no response while I was waiting and then received a text saying that the viewing was cancelled due to them not having the keys and that she was in a meeting. Completely unprofessional. I have had good experiences with Foxtons before and this is a real shame to the brand.

I had an incredibly unfair and unprofessional experience with the Foxtons Deposits Team. We moved out in October 2025, yet it took five months for any clarity regarding our deposit, a delay that felt like a tactical move to strip us of our right to provide counter-evidence.

GoogleThank you to Dylan Young at Foxtons in Stanmore for the most attentive and professional experience in my recent search for a flat. Nothing was too much trouble. Dylan even hand picked a selection of properties to fit my requirements and we visited a few, one after the other, in one morning. Dylan was knowledgeable of each property's information and respectful of any current owners wishes (eg shoes off at the door). Emails and phone calls were answered promptly. A thoroughly excellent property search which can so often feel like a pressured hassle. Thank you Dylan.

GoogleHad such a great experience with Dylan Young at Foxtons in Stanmore. He took us to see 4 properties, all were obviously carefully selected for us and was a good range from new builds, converted houses, higher-value properties etc. It gave us a really good idea of what is out there and what we liked/didn't like. Dylan has been great with following up with me too and isn't too pushy which makes me feel more comfortable than I have with other estate agents. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who is looking for a place!

GoogleI found my flat through Foxtons, Jodie Ellis was absolutely amazing throughout my application. She was very attentive, she would always check in to ask if I’ve heard from solicitors. If there were any delays she would make sure to chase things up and update me consistently. She made the process really pleasant for me. I’m forever grateful. Thank you Foxtons!
