A huge disappointment from start to finish

Our experience with Foxtons has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, communication was poor. Before moving in, emails went unanswered or delayed, and once we raised urgent issues like a serious mold problem, it was not addressed in a timely manner. We also went without heating for weeks in the winter before finally being given a few space heaters as a stop-gap.

I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

They’ve held my details without my consent. I’ve told them 5/6 times to remove my details yet they still keep contacting me even though they’ve said they’ve removed all my details. Someone called Isaac called me yesterday and was very aggressive and then rudely just put the phone down on me when I told him for the 10th time I’m not interested as their fees are way too expensive for me. Unprofessional, rude, extremely pushy and just won’t listen to you.
