GoogleAntonio Faria is an excellent professional. When I was in Brazil he suggested me a flat and just sent me some pictures. I trust him and made the deal. When I arrived in the UK I was impressed with the flat and with the support Antonio did for me and my family. Antonio is very polite, calm and dedicated to find the best for his customers.

GoogleAn Estate Agent that Really Cares! I cannot recommend Ben Crane (Stanmore branch) highly enough. From our initial call, to viewings and market trends I have been so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and communication. The whole experience was utterly formative and enjoyable thanks to Ben. It’s always been available for a chat when I needed help or advice. Way to go!!!

Our experience with Foxtons has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, communication was poor. Before moving in, emails went unanswered or delayed, and once we raised urgent issues like a serious mold problem, it was not addressed in a timely manner. We also went without heating for weeks in the winter before finally being given a few space heaters as a stop-gap.

Horrible setup with bullies waiting for targets to exploit in whatever way possible- A lot on the estate agent services in united Kingdom.Their only aim is to collect the money from both tenants n landlord.After that no responsibility. Can't imagine recommend them to my worst enemy.

I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

GoogleThey’ve held my details without my consent. I’ve told them 5/6 times to remove my details yet they still keep contacting me even though they’ve said they’ve removed all my details. Someone called Isaac called me yesterday and was very aggressive and then rudely just put the phone down on me when I told him for the 10th time I’m not interested as their fees are way too expensive for me. Unprofessional, rude, extremely pushy and just won’t listen to you.

Foxtone letting agency unprofessional team and agents. I have give the deposit for one house after 2 weeks I sign the contract and I recive call from agent with one responding: Sorry you are failed in bank statements. This situation si very stressfully for me and my family. I have tell to my lawyer to go back for this chase because his make me sick.

GoogleAVOID We signed the contract and paid rent, but when we asked if we could move in earlier, we were ignored. Later we found out the tenants hadn’t left, Foxtons had rented it out knowing they were being evicted and without bailiff confirmation. Communication was awful, and we had to chase for our refund. Wouldn’t recommend them to landlords or tenants.

I rented a property managed by Foxtons for five years and one month. We paid rent on time every month and never had a complaint raised against us. Then we tried to leave.
