GoogleNo one turned up to the viewing. We were 30mins Early AND Waited 30mins before deciding to leave. The irritating thing was I travelled 50miles to get there. An email confirmation was given but there was no mobile number given for the agent we were meeting. We even emailed the agent 30mins before the viewing to say we were there. No courtesy to phone or email us to say the viewing was cancelled or they were delayed. This was their first impression and they couldn't get the basics done correctly. Won't be dealing with them again!

GoogleMy daughter in law is been chasing them for month to get back her deposit and they don't even bother to reply her emails! Unacceptable! That's so dishonest and unprofessional. Avoid their service if you don't want same trouble.NegativeProfessionalism

Had some issues with the flat I'm renting. Old blinds and extractor breaking. Marta managed to get someone out the next day and within an hour he had come back with the replacement parts.

No interest in their tenants. We lived in horrible place. Damp and wet walls. Agent did nothing. We leave property and never recommend this agency. They don't have for health safety of clients

GoogleBad experience from the side of the owner. They take the commission in advance and they do not pay back when the tenants leave earlier. I had to spend my time to take them to Court. No to be trusted.

GoogleUnprofessional company. I call agent each month because rent is no paid on time to me. They take money and pay me as landlord when they can be bothered. I have called agent owner many times but he hides and ignores customers it looks like. I note more people write same thing. I hope this company will be investigated after our contract finish.
