This was my 3rd sale through Verity Frearson and I wouldn't go anywhere else in Harrogate. The advice and service is always spot on. They are super busy and it is easy to see why. They are the best agent in the area. Keep up the good work Verity Frearson!

Manage to sell our property within a week of listing with the great help of the VF team. Made my house look incredible on all platforms. Took us 3 months to then find the perfect home for us but the VF team were in consant contact with us and were always helping us find the house we have now bought. Great experience and wouldn't use anyone else

GoogleWe’ve just bought a house that was marketed by Verity Frearson. Even though our buyers’ chain collapsed on two occasions, the team at Verity Frearson made the process as easy as possible for us. Special mention must go to Megan at Verity Frearson for her care and support throughout!

GoogleVery positive review for Verity Frearson Megan Sibson has done a brilliant job managing the Sale From Hell, a protracted and complex process involving much gnashing of teeth and tearing of hair on the part of the seller. You deserve a raise Megan. Many thanks and I sincerely hope you will never get lumbered with another like this.
Many thanks for your lovely review Sue. We got there in the end! :-)

GoogleWe worked almost exclusively in the Harrogate UK area to find a rental property that would suit our needs. VFs excellent service and incredible patience to and through the contract process to move in was with the utmost professionalism. The portal they use for maintenance and the speed of response has kept us pleasantly surprised. We did not need to go to any other letting agent because Verity Frearson took such great care of us.

GoogleVerity Frearson have sold two properties for me over the last 18 months and on each occasion have shown an absolute professional service. Our contact, Josh Burns, was always available and kept me updated on the progress of each sale. I will admit I am not the most patient of clients and navigating the sale process can be taxing but Josh showed absolute understanding and kept both sales on track. I would have no hesitation in recommending Verity Frearson to any potential seller 👍

TrustpilotProactive & Professional
Really delighted with the service I received from Verity Frearson along every step of the process, from valuation right through to completion. Matthew provided an expert and insightful valuation on the leasehold flat which was within a characterful but quirky listed building. This was followed up by proactive and highly proficient sales progression from Lily. Everyone there makes such a lovely and personable team - highly recommend them.
