GoogleI had a property to sell with a price in mind, I met with Sam at the property, we both agreed that the price was fair, it was marketed, had a number of of viewings and was sold within a week. Thereafter Caroline kept in contact with me and liased with solicitors and the buyer to ensure a smooth process. My overall experience was excellent.

We recently sold our property through Verity Frearson and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. A huge thank you to Matthew, Paula and Fiona, who were all brilliant throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent and we were kept informed at every stage, and they were always responsive, professional and genuinely helpful when we had questions, nothing felt too much trouble. Selling a property can be stressful, but the team made the process feel straightforward and well managed. I initially made contact with Holly in January as my daughter was looking to move to Harrogate. Every time I have made contact with Holly she has been extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I have registered my daughter’s details at virtually every other estate agent in Harrogate but I have to say that Holly has been the best at communicating, keeping in touch and advising. Nothing has been too much trouble. Due to Holly’s organisation and communication, my daughter has luckily had an offer accepted on a house. GoogleMegan Sibson is an incredible agent. She manages the sale and chases. I have dealt with other agents when trying to find a new house and the communication has always been so poor. I don't know why any one would use another agent in Harrogate. I would recommend Megan time and time again - makes the whole process ten times more smooth and enjoyable.

GoogleHaving not moved for 40 years we needed the services of an expert both to sell our house and find us a suitable property to downsize into. The Verity Frearson team were the best when we assessed a total of 3 agents and they proved that once we had appointed them. There was director level involvement from the outset which was maintained and once a sale had been agreed their Sales Progressor Caroline was absolutely outstanding - fast accurate and informed replies to all our many questions. We would recommend Verity Frearson without hesitation

GoogleThe service, professionalism and support I have received in the marketing of our property from the entire sales team at Verity Frearson has been outstanding. From the outset we have been kept informed at all times particularly through our dedicated member of the team; Josh Burns, working alongside Matthew Frearson. Josh is an asset to the sales team in so many ways and has the unique ability to make us feel that he genuinely cares and has our best interests at heart. The team are very responsive and work well together; always following up viewings and subsequent offers. Their product knowledge is highly commendable and I also appreciate their dedication in trying not only to achieve a good sale. but also to find us a suitable home. Of particular note is Holly Bell, whose lightning quick reactions to juggling appointment times and sourcing places of interest is highly commendable and she never appears flustered! Also of note is warm and friendly atmosphere in the office. A five star estate agent in every way.

GoogleWe just bought our new house through Verity Frearson. We were in the middle of a long chain which caused it's complications but on the day of completion Josh went above and beyond chasing up with solicitors and even offering to drive over with the keys due to issues with the removals team as completion happened so late ( with just 10 mins to spare before 5pm!!). We were so grateful to him. In the end we got the keys just in time due to Josh constantly liaising with our seller’s solicitor. Thank you Josh!

GoogleWe are in the process of finding a house in Harrogate and we were fortunate enough to have Holly as our contact at Verity Freason..As soon as we met Holly we felt comfortable as she is so warm and friendly. We have registered with a number of agents but Holly is the only one who has maintained contact with us. She keeps in regular contact as soon as new properties become available and is pro activ..I can see why Verity Freason is the main estate agent in Harrogate and I would recommend them to any potential buyer !

Verity Frearson always keep me updated on all properties coming onto the market, before they hit the market which allows me to make most of the choices. It has been a very hard market in the last few months but they always keep me updated in particular Holly in Harrogate she has sent me lots of options many thanks Holly, I am continuing my search but I’m sure I will find my property in the New Year.
