GoogleI had a great experience buying our forever home from Verity Frearson. From the point of viewing the property through to completion, Megan was so helpful, being really flexible with dates and times of viewings, and keeping us updated throughout the whole process. Thank you Megan and the team at Verity Frearson!

GoogleArranged viewing for today at 9am before work at 9.30am. Was running late so paid for Uber to arrive at property on time. Nobody there and no one had called me to advise that viewing time had been changed to 9.30am. No call back and attempt to reschedule from the Assistant Lettings Manager who I arranged the visit with. Poor service!

GoogleVerity Frearson’s service was excellent. Good communicators, always pleasant and professional. Having used Verity Frearson’s three times in recent years Danielle is particularly easy to work with and takes the stress out of buying and selling property.

GoogleFrom beginning to end my house selling experience with Veritys was fantastic. All members of the team were friendly and helpful and I was kept informed throughout my sale at every stage. I’ve bought and sold many houses over the years but VF have deffo been the best agents to date. A faultless experience. Can’t recommend highly enough.

GoogleThis is very bad of you. We sent all our documents and were accepted, but without informing us you sold the apartment to someone else. We think it is very disrespectful without informing us.

FacebookFrom the off, meeting Jonny at the property for our viewing, dealing with Bernadette, Sarah, Heidi and Kelly on the telephone and in person, I cannot praise the professionalism and efficiency of Verity Frearson’s Lettings team enough!Nothing has been too much trouble, they are a delight to speak to, pleasant, helpful and knowledgable in all that they do. They’ve made moving house a pleasurable experience making sure all the documentation was in order, that the property was spotless and that any issues were dealt with immediately. In fact mostly before I’d had a chance to ask, they’d inspected the place noticed what needed doing and put it right! Amazing!I can’t speak highly enough of the team. I wouldn’t want to use any other agents, these guys outclass the competition across the board. 10/10, 100%,, 5 Star.Thank you, sincerely, you’ve all been wonderful and I will highly recommend you to anyone and everyone!

Despite many polite requests to remove their advertising board from outside my property and place it near the property being sold (currently closer to several other properties than the one they are selling) - requests ignored, so now I’m forced to take action via the council. Seem more keen on unsolicited advertising than on actually selling the right property.

GoogleFrom start to finish Verity Frearson have been extremely professional, easy to reach and helpful. As a first time buyer I was apprehensive about the process, however not once have I been made to feel anything but reassured, advised and guided. A special thank you to Caroline and Danielle
