I instructed Linley and Simpson after seeing two other agents. Claire impressed me with her empathy for my situation; and I felt totally confident that she would do her best not only to get the maximum price for my property, but to be on hand at all times to offer support and answer questions, no matter how small. Claire decided to hold an open day two weeks after the initial marketing. There was plenty of interest, resulting in 7 viewings! Alanna conducted the open day. She was. prompt, calm, extremely professional and personable. As a result, I received 3 serious offers all at £10,000 over the asking price. Needless to say I was absolutely delighted and so surprised that it happened so quickly, in fact in 3 weeks from initial discussion to agreed offer! The teams' support throughout the process has been second to none and I have recommended them to to friends whose properties have been on the market for months without viewings and therefore offers. How refreshing to see a company take pride in doing a job well and impressing not disappointing. I cannot praise them highly enough. Thanks to all.

Unfair viewing policy. Having seen an alert via On the Market on Friday evening I immediately sent a viewing request. Followed this up with an email before 9am Saturday morning. Tried to call 4 times, no answer twice, disconnected by them once. On finally talking to someone I was told I could not view the property as priority had been given to those who got through on the phone that morning! So despite a prior request I could not book a viewing. Still not received any response to my email or On the Market enquiry! Dreadful service.NegativeProfessionalism

When storm Ciara hit our home 2 weeks ago we had to evacuate our house and it was a very worrying having to ensure our children were safe. Linley and Simpson had a house up To Let 3 doors up from our house and my husband suggested we apply. We have never rented before I and was quite apprehensive and never thought we’d get in at such short notice. We rang at 9am Monday morning, viewed at 11am and had the keys by Wednesday. I needed to find a new place to live quickly just prior to Christmas. Linley and Simpson were a great help in finding me a beautiful new apartment in Harrogate, even arranging viewings the week leading up to Christmas. The moving in process was painless, so to the migrating of utilities and council tax. They were also on-hand to answer lots of my silly questions and never left me waiting.
