GoogleMark has helped me multiple times in the past when I've needed to view properties and I honestly don't think I've ever felt so looked after. He constantly goes above and beyond what you would already expect from a great letting agent and he is easily a huge credit to Harrogate's Linley and Simpson branch. Moving house is one of the most stressful things you'll ever do in your life and people as caring as Mark help to make this tough time just that little bit more bearable.

As we walked in we were greeted with a welcoming smile from Katie, within a few hours of taking our details we had appointments for the next day. Katie set us up with a meeting with Mark who drove us to view our four choices. He is not only a nice guy but also well informed about Harrogate. GoogleLinley and Simpson have acted as letting agents on my properties for a number of years very successfully, always finding quality tenants. They have now completed the sale of one of the properties for me, managing all aspects as the tenancy finished and the sale completed efficiently and effectively. I have always been impressed by their customer care and Alana has been very helpful managing the sale and liaising with the solicitors and purchasers to keep things moving forward. Just used Linley and Simpson to sell another property, again excellent service, finding a buyer quickly and then managing the whole process through without delay. They work closely with the recommended solicitors to complete the sale without problems. Would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleHarrogate & District NHS Foundation Trust and Linley & Simpson have recently completed a unique project to find accommodation for 24 individuals who have recently arrived in Harrogate from overseas. Since July 2014, members of the Trust have met with Emma and her team on a number of occasions to evaluate our needs and identify suitable properties. They have supported the Trust throughout every step of the project, adapting a number of their processes to fit around the Trust’s requirements. The Trust have found Emma and her team to be highly professional and dedicated to supporting the Trust and our new members of staff. In particular, Emma went out of her way both in and out of normal working hours to go the extra mile to complete our project. Her dedication was demonstrated when she helped make beds in a property to ensure its completion within our tight deadlines. The Trust have enjoyed a close relationship with Linley and Simpson and look forward to working with them again in the future.
