GoogleWe dealt primarily with the Harrogate branch. In times where the market was tight, the personal relationships and touch that linley and simpson brought was invaluable for our family. Mark and Mike were both instrumental in making our transition as painless as possible. I can also say that having gone through their process as a renter, this company is very thorough. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in finding a property manager or letting agent. Looking forward to a good letting experience!

GoogleMark has helped me multiple times in the past when I've needed to view properties and I honestly don't think I've ever felt so looked after.
He constantly goes above and beyond what you would already expect from a great letting agent and he is easily a huge credit to Harrogate's Linley and Simpson branch.
Moving house is one of the most stressful things you'll ever do in your life and people as caring as Mark help to make this tough time just that little bit more bearable.

GoogleMy husband and I are new to the Harrogate area and subsequently found ourselves searching Rightmove for a property to let. All of our favorite properties happen to fall under Linley & Simpson and with that we had the pleasure of spending a bit of time at different properties with Mark Clayton. He has single handedly made our renting experience so enjoyable! He was ready and eager to answer any questions we had, run up and down the stairs with us, give us honest recommendations, and overall made us feel like we had someone to turn to during this crazy time. I felt very safe and in trustworthy hands with him leading the way. Truly, couldn't recommend him enough. So, if you are reading this, Mark - thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we couldn't have done it without you!!
