The entire transaction was made very safely and following the COVID-19 regulations, so really, there's nothing to say bad about them! Whenever a repair is needed in the house, Charlotte and Victoria are always very prompt in arranging the appropriate person to come out. GoogleAbsolutely horrendous service. Property management obviously means I'll pass the buck to the owner. Avoid at all costs. They do nothing apart from taking your money. If you have a property from them and intend to leave. Take lots of pics as they will lie to you and try to screw you out of your deposit. Soon to be seen on "Slum Landlords" I'm sure.
We understand your frustration James and are really disappointed to read your comments. As we've discussed many times before, we did not move you in to the property and have no knowledge of the condition at the time your tenancy commenced. The move in inventory was sketchy to say the least without supporting photographs. Your landlord is disputing the deposit, NOT LentinSmith. We have to remain indifferent when tenancy deposits come into dispute. The matter will be dealt with through adjudication accordingly. We wish you well in the future.

GoogleI have used LentinSmith to manage my Harrogate property portfolio for ten years. If I wasn't satisfied I would have moved my business elsewhere. I use other letting agents elswhere in England and they are not a patch on LentinSmith. I have always found them friendly, approachable, helpful, professional and fair to both landlord and tenant. GoogleDuring our time here, with Lentin Smith, I need to enthuse that our landlord has been fantastic. No pressure, no rent hikes, and 110% support at the start lockdown in 2020 - it will not be forgotten. I need to make you aware that I have never experienced this kind of generosity from previous landlords anywhere else in Yorkshire - I've been renting now for over 15 years. It is in this context that has allowed us to look after ourselves and stay financially stable enough to build a deposit. We are proceeding with a mortgage for exchange on the 25th. I encourage you to take pride in your actions that have enabled us be in a position to do this. We reiterate that our time with you has been extremely happy, we thank you both sincerely for your excellent service.

GoogleHave been associated with LentinSmith for a year now, they helped me to find a flat in April last year, and have consistently responded promptly to my emails, very much professional. They also were quick in contacting for any repair issues or any such issues, and managed to get the problems resolved quickly. Would highly recommend them as a property agent.

GoogleThey really deserve 0 star rating. It's been 4 months I moved to the house, even after multiple followups they didn't solve the issues. 4 contractors visited my house and still they say they are checking with landlord.i need to know if there is any escalation mechanism is there on this agency. They simply worry about rent.
