FacebookI have rented from LentinSmith for six months - everything has been very positive. They even left a bottle of wine and flowers as a moving-in present. The property was completely redecorated before we moved in, and there have been no issues at all. You can find reviews from people who will only rent from LentinSmith - and having used other rental agencies, I can see why.

FacebookFirst, they looked after our buy-to-let property excellently, ensuring good tenants and with regular inspections and feedback. When we cam to sell, they were equally efficient, both in quickly finding a buyer and then supervising the sale process. Overall, we cannot recommend them highly enough, with Laura Bond doing a particularly good job. Claire & Paul Bethel.
