We're really disappointed that you have given this one star rating, which doesn't follow suit from our previous reviews. We've left a message for you to call our manager to discuss. Update : Good afternoon, we've tried to make contact with you but are unable to reach you. Our contractor has just advised us that he's tried to gain access on two occasions at a pre-agreed time but both times there has not been anyone in. Additionally, we should like to remind you that a bathroom needs to be adequately ventilated when in use to prevent condensation. The moisture you've experienced to the ceiling is due to the fact that the fan and/or the window has not been opened to allow escape. I would also like to make it absolutely clear that your dog cannot become unwell from any steam emanating from the bathroom. Please feel free to contact the office to discuss.
