Conditioning House Tenancy - Thank you!

We had a few frustrating months with another letting agent before we decided to change. I am so glad we did! Laura (and the rest at Lentin Smith) have been absolutely wonderful with finding us a good tenant for a new development Conditioning House in BD1. I would not hesitate at the slightest to recommend this firm, especially for Conditioning House, due to their experience with this development. They were proactive, honest and prompt - everything you want in a no-nonsense letting agent. If you want to find good tenants quickly then I'd highly recommend LentinSmith. Laura - you're a star!

We called you about a house that had only been up for rent for one hour on right move. I spoke to a lady who said she needed to speak to my partner regarding payment to secure the house. We instantly fell in love with the house and stated this on the phone. We were prepared to pay and secure it before even viewing. You said you would ring my partner right away, he had to ring YOU back as you never called within the half hour. In that phone conversation he spoke to a male who initially said it was fine for us to secure it there and then then told us he would ring us back in 15 mins. We waited and waited. No call. So we rang you again and you fobbed us off yet again saying you had to speak to the landlord. The only time you actually rang US like you'd said each time was to tell us that it had been taken by someone else. I realise people will have loved this house as it was perfect but why waste 3 hours of our time if there was no intention on letting us secure it? You shouldn't say we can then can't. If you had called my partner the minute you got off of the phone with me the first time like you had said, we could have secured it. Absolutely appalled by your customer service and won't be recommending your company to anyone.

I have rented from LentinSmith for six months - everything has been very positive. They even left a bottle of wine and flowers as a moving-in present. The property was completely redecorated before we moved in, and there have been no issues at all.
