We've been extremely happy with the outcome of our sale with Andy and team at Anthony Pepe. In a tricky market, they helped us to achieve the sale price we were after and went above and beyond to work with the buyers to reach completion. We appreciated in particular how great Andy was with our tenants and how smoothly he was able to communicate with all parties to enable viewings and ultimately the sale!

Truly awful and unethical. I had to deal with Jessica Williams on email who was really rude and unprofessional to me, I tried to find a tenancy replacement and they would not accept them. I found 3 suitable tenants who they would not accept on minor technicalities.They had absolutely no regard for the fact that I was a key NHS worker who couldn't maintain the house share, on top of this Jessica was really rude, blunt and unpleasant over email. She even tried to tell me that I would still have to pay even after my one year contract ended if I could not find a replacement.Professional scam artists, please avoid them. I feel sorry for anyone who makes the same mistake I did.*Jessica, not Stephanie
Many thanks for your review. We have looked into this and it seems you have not had any direct correspondence with the Head of Property Management Stephanie Stavrou since February 2020 (11/02/20) which is when you first moved in to the property. Stephanie is not the property manager for the Harringay portfolio. I also note from our records that you requested to vacate the property mid tenancy. You were advised that you could be released from the tenancy following the landlords approval and once a new tenant had been found and passed referencing. All tenants were all joint and severally liable for the tenancy (it was not a room by room let) which means that you were still responsible for the property until you are released.You supplied us with three potential applicants, none of which were suitable for the property in terms of employment/affordability.We are also aware that the property had various tenant changes throughout the years-all of which the Landlord agreed to subject to a suitable replacement. In this case all three people were not suitable. We dispute your claims that Anthony Pepe have acted unethically. We act on behalf of the landlord whilst having a duty of are to all of our tenants. I was extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Anthony Pepe . I made an offer for the property 2 weeks ago and was told I would get a call within 2 days. I made several calls and spoke to numerous people in the office who told me that I would get a call back today . Well I didn't receive a call and only received a call 1 week later . This sums up the company! When I finally received the call they tell me that they have accepted another offer. This is despite me Being told by Ben after I made my offer that they would be coming back allowing us to make final offers . This tells me that the communications within the office is extremely poor. I had highly recommended Anthony Pepe in the past because I purchased my home through them 8 years ago but the service has gone down hill and I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated as a client . I would never recommend friends or family to Anthony Pepe. I have never been so angry and upset at the way I was treated and I have been dealing with estate agents for over 15 years . if the directors really care about their company they will contact me. They seriously need to improve there communication skills from top to bottom
Following the above complaint from Mr Mustafa I have spoken to the all staff involved to investigate thoroughly the points of raised. I have also since spoken to Mr Mustafa to understand fully his complaint and to both apologise and explain the situation. I appreciate Mr Mustafa frustration at what he feels to be a lack of communication, but I explained to him we had multiple offers on the property and the seller was in no hurry to accept any offers until receiving full information on every potential buyers finances. By carrying our work thoroughly and waiting on the seller to speak to family to discuss all offers and buyers positions, this may have led to what Mr Mustafa feels to be a lack of communication from us. However, as explained to Mr Mustafa, the final decision on who the property was agreed to, was made by the seller.

She was the ultimate professional from the moment I called the agency to book a viewing all the way through to completion. She was always on hand to answer all my queries and explained all the steps very clearly at every stage. I was new to processes like Goodlord and Kudoscredit but she guided me throughout the process and ensured I fully understood the steps, which helped me to carry them out successfully.
